  1. Inquiry into climate change: The Committee took evidence from—

Stephen Midgley, Project Officer, the Scottish Coastal Forum;

  1. Subordinate legislation: The Committee considered the following negative instrument—

    The Potatoes Originating in Egypt (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2005, (SSI 2005/39).

    The Committee agreed, being content with the instrument, to make no recommendation to the Parliament.

  2. Inquiry into climate change: The Committee considered arrangements for future evidence sessions for this inquiry.
