S1W-89 Mr Duncan Hamilton: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will give a commitment to publish from 1 July the minutes of all future meetings of the National Goose Forum.
S1W-90 Mr Duncan Hamilton: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will give a commitment to publish on a quarterly basis from 1 July the waiting times for those seeking a first out-patient appointment, including a breakdown by specialist area.
S1W-91 Linda Fabiani (Central Scotland) (SNP): To ask the Scottish Executive whether it intends to publish details after 1 July on how many applications for approval of landfill dumping sites it is currently processing and on the number of applications being processed by (a) the Scottish Environmental Protection Agency: and (b) local authorities.
S1W-92 Linda Fabiani (Central Scotland) (SNP): To ask the Scottish Executive whether it intends to publish information after 1 July on what proportion of Scotlands domestic waste is currently (a) recycled, (b) dumped in landfill sites, (c) incinerated without heat recovery, and (d) incinerated with heat recovery.
S1W-93 Linda Fabiani: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it intends to publish details after 1 July of the proportion of students who were not exempt from a parental contribution who were assessed as requiring a parental contribution in each of the academic sessions (a) 1998-99, (b) 1997-98 and (c) 1996-97.
S1W-94 Mr John Swinney: To ask the Scottish Executive what plans it has to authorise the construction of grade separated junctions on the A90 Forfar bypass
S1W-95 Elaine Smith: To ask the Presiding Officer what plans the Scottish Parliamentary Body has to make alternative arrangements for childcare provision, given that there is no crèche facility available in the Parliaments temporary accommodation.
S1W-96 Euan Robson: To ask the Scottish Executive when it intends to publish the Trunk Road Review for Scotland.
S1W-97 Euan Robson: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it intends to provide a framework for aggregates forecasting for Scotland and sub markets within Scotland, and targets for the use of secondary and/or recycled materials.
S1W-98 Mary Scanlon: To ask the Scottish Executive what plans the Minister for Health and Community Care has to meet representatives from the British Dental Association (Scotland) to discuss the age of dental decay in children under the age of 14.
S1W-99 Mary Scanlon: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it intends to utilise the criteria for the deprivation index in the allocation of NHS resources.

S1W-104 Donald Gorrie: To ask the Scottish Executive what plans it has to examine issues relating to liquor licensing laws and to amend the current laws.
S1W-105 Lord James Douglas-Hamilton: To ask the Scottish Executive what powers Scottish Ministers and local authorities will have to set speed limits outside schools in Scotland and what plans it has for road safety in relation to school children.
S1W-106 Johann Lamont: To ask the Scottish Executive to outline the differences between the proposed census in Scotland and in the rest of the U.K and to explain why there are such differences.
S1W-107 Winnie Ewing: To ask the Scottish Executive what steps it intends to take to limit the working hours of junior hospital doctors.
S1W-108 Winnie Ewing: To ask the Scottish Executive what its policy intentions are in relation to the HM Coastguard and whether it intends to assure HM Coastguard that there will be no more closures and that staff will be given the training requested.
S1W-109 Winnie Ewing: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it plans to allay public concerns about the safety of genetically modified foods by taking steps to require such foods to be clearly labelled.
