S3W-34677 Richard Baker: To ask the Scottish Executive how many offenders received a custodial sentence of six months or less in 2008-09, broken down by (a) main offence and (b) police force area.

S3W-34678 Richard Baker: To ask the Scottish Executive what proportion of those convicted for an offence with a domestic aggravator received a custodial sentence of six months or less in 2008-09.

S3W-34679 Richard Baker: To ask the Scottish Executive how many people were convicted for an offence with a domestic aggravator in each of the last three years, broken down by police force area.

S3W-34680 Richard Baker: To ask the Scottish Executive how many prisoners accessed the Violence Prevention Programme while serving a custodial sentence in each of the last three years, broken down by prison.

S3W-34681 Richard Baker: To ask the Scottish Executive how long each prisoner released from custody on compassionate grounds under section 3 of the Prisoners and Criminal Proceedings (Scotland) Act 1993 was on licence before their death, broken down by (a) main offence and (b) name of prisoner where available.

S3W-34689 Claire Baker: To ask the Scottish Executive how many schools in Fife have offered pupils two hours of physical education per week in each year since 2007, also expressed as a percentage of the total schools in the region.

S3W-34690 Jackson Carlaw: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S3W-7246 by Stewart Stevenson on 13 December 2007 and in light of the feasibility study carried out by Transport Scotland, whether a decision has been made on the possibility of introducing hard shoulder running.

S3W-34691 Jackson Carlaw: To ask the Scottish Executive what progress each local authority has made in establishing schemes for reducing council tax where improvements are made to the energy efficiency of homes, as outlined in section 65 of the Climate Change (Scotland) Act 2009.
