S3W-32428 Marlyn Glen: To ask the Scottish Executive what the initial revenue allocations to NHS Tayside were in (a) 2007-08, (b) 2008-09 and (c) 2009-10 and are for 2010-11, also expressed in real terms.

S3W-32429 Marlyn Glen: To ask the Scottish Executive what NHS Tayside’s percentage share of the overall initial revenue allocation to territorial NHS boards is in 2010-11 and what that percentage would be using the NHS Scotland Resource Allocation Committee (NRAC) calibration.

S3W-32430 Marlyn Glen: To ask the Scottish Executive what the initial revenue allocations to NHS Tayside were in (a) 2007-08, (b) 2008-09 and (c) 2009-10 and is for 2010-11 and what the equivalent values would be using the NHS Scotland Resource Allocation Committee (NRAC) target allocations.

S3W-32431 Tavish Scott: To ask the Scottish Executive, given that pilots of the electronic identification of sheep are reportedly demonstrating that it will not result in 100% accurate information, what penalty regime will apply to farmers and crofters under the scheme.

S3W-32432 Tavish Scott: To ask the Scottish Executive when its electronic identification of sheep database will be operational; how will it operate, and what information will be accessible to producers.

S3W-32433 Tavish Scott: To ask the Scottish Executive how the electronic identification of sheep database will operate, given concerns that the information obtained from producers will not be 100% accurate.

S3W-32434 Tavish Scott: To ask the Scottish Executive how many of the 1,100 agricultural units in Shetland are eligible for funding of up to £1,000 for purchasing electronic reading equipment for on-farm electronic identification of sheep through the Scotland Rural Development Programme; what information on this scheme has been sent to individual producers, and over what time period the scheme is open.

S3W-32436 Tavish Scott: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it plans to change the 13-day standstill period on farm holdings implemented under animal health regulations, given that the equivalent period in England and Wales has been reduced to six days.

S3W-32437 Tavish Scott: To ask the Scottish Executive what discussions it has had with the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs regarding the consistency of standstill periods on farm holdings between Scotland and England and Wales.

S3W-32438 Tavish Scott: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it or its agencies (a) operates or (b) can operate farm holding compensation schemes for degradation of land caused by geese and, if so, what areas are covered by such schemes.

S3W-32448 Alison McInnes: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it is considering reviewing the planning gain mechanism and, if so, what specific changes it is considering; what impact these changes will have, and when the review will be published.

S3W-32449 Alison McInnes: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it has seconded representatives from development companies to examine the planning gain mechanism.

S3W-32450 Alison McInnes: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it has seconded representatives from local government to examine the planning gain mechanism and, if not, whether it plans to do so.

S3W-32456 Gavin Brown: To ask the Scottish Executive, in relation to the findings of the Criminal Proceedings in Scottish Courts, 2008-09 statistical bulletin, how many incidents of crimes of indecency were committed in the Lothians region in each of the last three years, also broken down by (a) rape and attempted rape, (b) indecent assault, (c) lewd and indecent behaviour and (d) other crimes.

S3W-32457 Gavin Brown: To ask the Scottish Executive, in relation to the findings of the Criminal Proceedings in Scottish Courts, 2008-09 statistical bulletin, how many incidents of crimes of dishonesty were committed in the Lothians region in each of the last three years, also broken down by (a) housebreaking, (b) theft by opening a lockfast place, (c) theft of/from motor vehicle, (d) shoplifting, (e) other theft, (f) fraud and (g) other crimes.

S3W-32458 Gavin Brown: To ask the Scottish Executive, in relation to the findings of the Criminal Proceedings in Scottish Courts, 2008-09 statistical bulletin, how many incidents of fire-raising, vandalism, etc were committed in the Lothians region in each of the last three years, also broken down by cases of (a) fire-raising and (b) vandalism etc.

S3W-32460 Gavin Brown: To ask the Scottish Executive, in relation to the findings of the Criminal Proceedings in Scottish Courts, 2008-09 statistical bulletin, how many incidents of miscellaneous offences were committed in the Lothians region in each of the last three years, also broken down by (a) common assault, (b) breach of the peace, (c) drunkeness and (d) other crimes.

S3W-32461 Gavin Brown: To ask the Scottish Executive, in relation to the findings of the Criminal Proceedings in Scottish Courts, 2008-09 statistical bulletin, how many incidents of motor vehicle offences were committed in the Lothians region in each of the last three years, also broken down by (a) dangerous and careless driving, (b) drink/drug driving, (c) speeding, (d) unlawful use of vehicle, (e) vehicle defect offences and (f) other crimes.

S3W-32462 John Scott: To ask the Scottish Executive what amount of new woodland planting took place in 2009.

S3W-32463 John Scott: To ask the Scottish Executive what proportion of new forestry planting in the last five years has been productive and whether it is achieving the 60:40 split in favour of productive forestry as set out in The Scottish Government’s Rationale for Woodland Expansion.

S3W-32464 Robert Brown: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S3W-28930 by Shona Robison on 16 November 2009, whether the budget for the 2014 Commonwealth Games is still £453.6 million.

S3W-32465 Robert Brown: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it anticipates that the 2014 Commonwealth Games will be delivered within budget.
