S3W-30991 Trish Godman: To ask the Scottish Executive what recent discussions have taken place with the Scottish Football Association and the Scottish Premier League regarding youth football.

S3W-30992 Trish Godman: To ask the Scottish Executive what recent progress there has been regarding the action plan for youth football.

S3W-30993 John Wilson: To ask the Scottish Executive what the impact of the 1% increase in employers’ national insurance contributions is on (a) police and (b) fire and rescue services throughout Scotland.

S3W-30994 Nanette Milne: To ask the Scottish Executive whether the use of local authority-owned allotments is restricted to horticultural purposes and the production of meat and eggs for human consumption.

S3W-30995 Nanette Milne: To ask the Scottish Executive whether a local authority is required to terminate the tenancy of an allotment holder who does not cultivate his or her allotment and does not use it for horticultural purposes or the production of meat and eggs for human consumption.

S3W-30999 Gavin Brown: To ask the Scottish Executive what percentage of people caught by police with (a) knives and (b) other weapons in the Lothians region in (i) 2007-08 and (ii) 2008-09 represents (A) repeat and (B) first-time offenders, broken down by local authority area.

S3W-31000 Gavin Brown: To ask the Scottish Executive how many recorded convictions there were for drug trafficking in 2008-09, broken down by sheriff court.

S3W-31001 Gavin Brown: To ask the Scottish Executive how many off-licences in the Lothians region were found to have sold alcohol to people under 18 in 2008-09, broken down by local authority.

S3W-31002 Gavin Brown: To ask the Scottish Executive how many off-licences in the Lothians region had their licence suspended in each year since 2007, broken down by local authority.

S3W-31003 Tavish Scott: To ask the Scottish Executive whether crofters collaborating on a grazings committee that applies for Rural Priorities would receive a higher score as a result of that collaboration should (a) a single application by the committee be made or (b) each crofter apply outlining plans to collaborate on such a committee.
