PE1234 Petition by Peter Brown, on behalf of Leith Links Residents’ Association, calling on the Scottish Parliament to urge the Scottish Government to instigate a class action procedure or similar in Scots Law to correspond with the legal systems of many other countries including England and the United States.

PE1235 Petition by Darren Burnside calling on the Scottish Parliament to urge the Scottish Government to amend the Education (Scotland) Act 1980 to remove the entitlement of a church or denominational body to approve the religious belief and character of prospective teachers so that any teacher, regardless of their religious belief, can teach in any school.
