PE1206 Petition by Catriona Black, on behalf of Mums Need To Use Lothian Buses Too, calling on the Scottish Parliament to urge the Scottish Government to encourage public transport operators and appropriate stakeholders to provide parents and carers of babies and young children with equitable access to public buses when using prams, travel systems and buggies.  

PE1207 Petition by Gordon Sinclair calling on the Scottish Parliament to urge the Scottish Government to review Scottish Planning Policy (SPP) 7 Planning and Flooding to ensure that no new developments are built on areas which the Scottish Environment Protection Agency designates as high flood risk and to review all planning approvals for developments in designated high flood areas and that have not yet commenced to reflect recent advice from the Association of British Insurers.  

PE1208 Petition by Carol Ann Bowmaker calling on the Scottish Parliament to urge the Scottish Government to amend all relevant legislation to ensure that it is the Private Rented Housing Committee, and not the private tenant, that is cited as respondent/defender in any appeal by a private owner/landlord to discharge a Repairing Standard Enforcement Order.  

PE1209 Petition by AJ Morton, on behalf of the Secret History Project, calling on the Scottish Parliament to urge the Scottish Government to take all necessary action to protect Robert the Bruce’s castle gardens in Ayrshire.
