S2W-32172 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body what analysis has been carried out of the impact of financial and transport barriers on visitors who (a) wish to visit or (b) have visited the Parliament; what the findings were of any such analysis, and whether any resultant measures are planned to assist the public and schools from rural and remote areas to visit the Parliament.

S2W-32173 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive to what extent Single Farms Payment entitlements are being traded; whether it is aware of any entitlements being purchased by those with interests based outside Scotland and, if so, whether it will provide details.

S2W-32175 Ms Rosemary Byrne: To ask the Scottish Executive how much it cost to produce Know the Score: Anti-Heroin 2006/07 Campaign Evaluation.

S2W-32176 Ms Rosemary Byrne: To ask the Scottish Executive what the total cost was of its anti-cocaine campaign.

S2W-32177 Stewart Stevenson: To ask the Scottish Executive on how many occasions each of the three verdicts available to Scottish courts has been used in the last 12 months for which information is available.

S2W-32178 Ms Sandra White: To ask the Scottish Executive whether there are any national guidelines for the prescription of methadone and whether these are given to all GPs or GP practices.

S2W-32179 Ms Sandra White: To ask the Scottish Executive what steps have been taken to ensure that all GPs have been made aware of the guidelines contained in Drug Misuse and Dependence – Guidelines on Clinical Management.

S2W-32180 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive how it intends to mark International Workers’ Memorial Day on 28 April 2007.

S2W-32181 Ms Sandra White: To ask the Scottish Executive what steps it is considering to ensure compliance with guidelines on hospital car parking charges.

S2W-32182 Ms Sandra White: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-28666 by Mr Andy Kerr on 24 October 2006, whether it will consider publishing the report of the review of hospital car parking charges, in light of the First Minister’s recent comments to nurses that NHS boards should deal more reasonably with charges or face intervention from the Executive.

S2W-32183 Ms Sandra White: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-28666 by Mr Andy Kerr on 24 October 2006, whether the report of the review of hospital car parking charges has been completed and, if not, when it is expected to be completed.

S2W-32184 Ms Sandra White: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the reported comments on hospital car parking charges by the First Minister at the latest "Ask Jack" event that "At the moment we don’t get involved in those decisions by the health boards. But, unless charges are dealt with more reasonably by health boards then we will start interfering", what forms of intervention will be considered.

S2W-32191 Stewart Stevenson: To ask the Scottish Executive what strategy it has in place for (a) the use of renewable energy and (b) meeting energy targets in Executive buildings.

S2W-32192 Stewart Stevenson: To ask the Scottish Executive how much severance pay was provided to political advisers who left the civil service in each year since 1999.

S2W-32193 Stewart Stevenson: To ask the Scottish Executive what percentage of its budget was taken up by PFI/PPP commitments in each of the last 10 years, broken down by department.

S2W-32197 Stewart Stevenson: To ask the Scottish Executive how many gun crimes were committed in each of the last 10 years with (a) legally registered and (b) illegally held weapons.

S2W-32198 Stewart Stevenson: To ask the Scottish Executive how many children and young people between the ages of 12 and 20 who required hospital treatment for (a) alcohol and (b) substance misuse were accommodated in adult psychiatric units in each of the last three years.

S2W-32199 Shiona Baird: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-31789 by Tavish Scott on 1 March 2007, of the 987 members of the public who corresponded with the Executive on the Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route between 1 February 2006 and 31 January 2007, how many were in favour and how many were opposed.

S2W-32201 Stewart Stevenson: To ask the Scottish Executive how many people died after contracting clostridium difficile in each of the last five years, broken down by NHS board.

S2W-32202 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive to what extent support payments for dairy production are linked to current production levels and whether it considers that the current arrangements are in the long-term interests of the sector.

S2W-32203 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive what discussions have taken place with the European Union regarding the current basis on which the Dairy Premium and Additional Payment are calculated.

S2W-32204 Alasdair Morgan: To ask the Scottish Executive how many appeals have been submitted to SEERAD under the EU Agricultural Subsidies Appeals procedure since its introduction, broken down by appeal stage and SEERAD area office, indicating the number with (a) successful and (b) unsuccessful outcomes.

S2W-32205 Alasdair Morgan: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it is satisfied that the EU Agricultural Subsidies Appeals procedure provides a fair route for farmers to attempt to overturn decisions made by SEERAD that they do not consider to be justified.

S2W-32206 Stewart Stevenson: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the letter from the Minister for Environment and Rural Development (ref. 2006/0022748), whether advice from the Executive’s Legal and Parliamentary Unit has been received and whether the Minister is in a position to respond substantively to me.
