S2W-31769 Mr David Davidson: To ask the Scottish Executive what representations it has received about the funding settlement for Orkney Islands Council since 2003 and from whom such representations have been received.

S2W-31770 Mr Kenny MacAskill: To ask the Scottish Executive how many offenders placed on the sex offenders’ register have been missing and untraced in each month since 2003.

S2W-31771 Mr Stewart Maxwell: To ask the Scottish Executive what research has been carried out on the economic impact on Scotland of England hosting the UEFA European Football Championships in 1996.

S2W-31772 Mr Stewart Maxwell: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will provide a breakdown of any economic benefits to Scotland of England hosting the European Football Championships in 1996.

S2W-31773 Fergus Ewing: To ask the Scottish Executive how much funding it estimates will be available under the new Scottish Rural Development Programme; whether there will be as much funding provided for crofting communities under the programme as there was under the Crofting Community Development Scheme (CCDS); whether it will provide estimates of the amount which will be available for those parts of Scotland which were eligible to make applications under the CCDS, and whether it will submit any application for structural funding in this connection.

S2W-31774 Carolyn Leckie: To ask the Scottish Executive what commitments it has made since 1999 in respect of the ambulance service, with specific reference to the staffing of ambulances by paramedics.

S2W-31775 Carolyn Leckie: To ask the Scottish Executive when it will guarantee that every ambulance will be staffed by at least one paramedic.

S2W-31776 Carolyn Leckie: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it considers it appropriate that the Scottish Ambulance Service does not collate statistics on the balance of staffing in ambulances between paramedics and technicians and what effect this has on the Executive’s ability to deliver on the key health commitments in its Delivering for Health programme.

S2W-31777 Carolyn Leckie: To ask the Scottish Executive how quality of service is assessed in the Scottish Ambulance Service, given that information on the balance of staffing in ambulances between paramedics and technicians is not collated.

S2W-31778 Carolyn Leckie: To ask the Scottish Executive how it makes informed decisions in respect of acute service reorganisation, such as the closure of accident and emergency units, if it does not have access to information on the quantity and quality of ambulance resources available.

S2W-31779 Carolyn Leckie: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-15739 by Nicol Stephen on 26 April 2005, whether the name of any minister was included on the statutory statement and, if so, which minister.

S2W-31780 Carolyn Leckie: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-15739 by Nicol Stephen on 26 April 2005, whether the answer indicates that a mandatory ministerial statement can be made anonymously.

S2W-31781 Carolyn Leckie: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-23221 by Tavish Scott on 13 March 2006, whether the provision of the Invergarry-Kyle of Lochalsh Trunk Road (A87) Extension (Skye Bridge Crossing) Special Road Scheme Order 1992 (SI 1992/1499) which prescribes use by all classes of traffic, and which is not addressed in the 1995 Regulations, still applies following revocation of the A87 Skye Bridge Crossing Toll Order.

S2W-31782 Carolyn Leckie: To ask the Scottish Executive what the estimated cost was of the A87 Skye Crossing special road scheme as outlined in Schedule 1(7) of the Special Roads and Trunk Roads (Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 1985 (SI 1985/1165 (S.92)).

S2W-31784 Trish Godman: To ask the Scottish Executive what information it has anent the average daily flow of traffic crossing the Erskine Bridge since the tolls were removed compared with the average daily flow of such traffic in the comparable period prior to the removal of the tolls.

S2W-31785 Trish Godman: To ask the Scottish Executive how many people are employed on vessels operated by the Scottish Fisheries Protection Agency; where they received their training before joining their ships, and which organisation is responsible for their terms and conditions of employment.

S2W-31786 Trish Godman: To ask the Scottish Executive how many (a) Scottish fishermen have lost their lives while working, (b) Scottish fishing vessels have been lost and (c) fatal accident inquiries concerning such fatalities have taken place in each of the last 10 years.

S2W-31787 Trish Godman: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-31570 by Rhona Brankin on 12 February 2007, whether the £56,000 which is to be spent on Warm Deal measures in council-owned properties in Inverclyde in 2007-08 will be re-allocated to houses that are to be transferred from Inverclyde Council to River Clyde Homes in October 2007 following the ballot of council house tenants.

S2W-31788 Trish Godman: To ask the Scottish Executive what information it has anent the number of (a) foreign and (b) UK registered fishing vessels apprehended and escorted into Scottish ports by Scottish Fisheries Protection Agency vessels because of fishing offences in each of the last 10 years, and what range of penalties was imposed in the sheriff courts where the skippers of these vessels were convicted of illegal practices.

S2W-31789 Shiona Baird: To ask the Scottish Executive what five subjects were raised most often by members of the public in written correspondence with the Minister for Transport in the last 12 months and how many representations were received in respect of each such subject.

S2W-31790 Pauline McNeill: To ask the Scottish Executive when it last met the British Dental Association.

S2W-31791 Linda Fabiani: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-19640 by Peter Peacock on 28 October 2005, whether the commitment to provide details of a single point of contact for each organisation that could be published on the Executive website to assist those seeking to access their personal files has now been honoured by the relevant organisations and, if so, when it expects to publish the information.
