S2W-27029 Chris Ballance: To ask the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body on how many occasions since June 2003 a request for a public outreach event has had to be refused because the relevant constituency MSP has been unable to find a space in their diary and whether it will list those constituencies concerned.

S2W-27030 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive why recreational sea anglers have not been offered representation on the Scottish Inshore Fisheries Advisory Group.

S2W-27031 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive what its most recent estimate is of the cost of constructing the Fochabers to Mosstodloch by-pass.

S2W-27032 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive what progress is being made in respect of raising the current limit on the value of claims that can be made under the small claims court procedure; with whom agreement on a new limit must be reached, and whether it will give reasons for any delay in making the necessary changes.

S2W-27034 Margaret Jamieson: To ask the Scottish Executive what tracking mechanism it has in place to ensure that there is appropriate placement of probationer teachers.

S2W-27036 Margaret Jamieson: To ask the Scottish Executive what measures are in place to ensure that teachers who successfully complete their probation in 2005-06 but who have not obtained teaching posts remain within the education sector.

S2W-27037 Margaret Jamieson: To ask the Scottish Executive what measures are in place to support probationer teachers who are placed in denominational schools for their probationary period and who are not able to apply for posts in denominational schools following successful completion of their probation.

S2W-27038 Marilyn Livingstone: To ask the Scottish Executive how the distribution of funding to the Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations and local councils for voluntary service is calculated.

S2W-27039 Mr Jim Wallace: To ask the Scottish Executive what proportion of the annual budget of (a) each NHS board and (b) the NHS was spent on managerial salaries and administration costs in (i) 1995-96, (ii) 2000-01 and (iii) the most recent financial year for which figures are available.

S2W-27040 Mr Jim Wallace: To ask the Scottish Executive how many people were employed in managerial and administrative posts in (a) the NHS and (b) each NHS board on (i) 31 March 1996, (ii) 31 March 2001 and (iii) the most recent date for which figures are available.

S2W-27041 Tommy Sheridan: To ask the Scottish Executive how much local authorities and other housing bodies have invested in repairing, upgrading and building new homes in the social rented sector in each year from 1993 to 2006.

S2W-27042 Tommy Sheridan: To ask the Scottish Executive what level of profit has been agreed with First ScotRail in respect of the current contract to provide passenger rail services in each year over the lifetime of the contract.

S2W-27043 Tommy Sheridan: To ask the Scottish Executive how much was paid to ScotRail in respect of indemnification payments relating to industrial disputes over the term of its passenger rail services contract and whether the same indemnification guarantees have been written into the current First ScotRail contract.

S2W-27044 Tommy Sheridan: To ask the Scottish Executive what information it has on what the average salary is in First ScotRail, how many directors and senior management there are and what their average salary is.

S2W-27045 Tommy Sheridan: To ask the Scottish Executive what the average salary is of staff employed by public agencies, non-departmental public bodies and local authorities and what the pay differential is between the lowest and highest paid workers in these bodies.

S2W-27046 Mr Kenny MacAskill: To ask the Scottish Executive what level of funding it has provided for youth theatre in each year since 1999.

S2W-27052 Lord James Douglas-Hamilton: To ask the Scottish Executive what percentage of the diesel rolling stock currently operated by First ScotRail will be suitable for use on the proposed Edinburgh Airport rail link; how much additional rolling stock will be required, and what the cost of such new rolling stock will be to the Executive.

S2W-27057 Linda Fabiani: To ask the Scottish Executive what representations it has made to the Home Office in relation to the reinstatement of the concession that allowed asylum seekers to apply for permission to work.

S2W-27058 Linda Fabiani: To ask the Scottish Executive what information it has on how many asylum seekers in Scotland have been granted the right to work under EU Directive 2003/9/EC.

S2W-27062 Murray Tosh: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will identify the councils whose council leaders and/or chief officials have suggested that their councils should be merged with others and what steps it has taken to establish whether any such suggestions represent the views of either those councils or their local electorates.

S2W-27064 Jim Mather: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-26740 by Tavish Scott on 22 June 2006, what the average saving is in pounds sterling per person on each of the eligible air routes under the Air Discount Scheme, taking account of taxes and charges, and whether these savings are based on any examination of the actual price being paid by individuals.
