S2W-24808 Fiona Hyslop: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will amend section 73 of the Transport (Scotland) Act 2001 to introduce a new offence of refusing to produce a Blue Badge when requested to do so by police, traffic wardens or local authority parking attendants in residential parking bays.

S2W-24851 Ms Sandra White: To ask the Scottish Executive how much funding it has provided to the British Fluoridation Society in each year since 1999.

S2W-24852 Mr Jamie McGrigor: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-22868 by Tavish Scott on 21 February 2006, how much was spent on providing bilingual road signs in 2005.

S2W-24853 Linda Fabiani: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will make representations to the International Olympic Committee seeking the establishment of a Scottish Olympic committee and a Scottish Olympic team, in light of the performance of the Scottish team at the Commonwealth Games in Melbourne and the call by the Danish Minister for Culture for Denmark’s devolved territories to have their own Olympic teams.

S2W-24854 Linda Fabiani: To ask the Scottish Executive what consideration it has given to the proposals of the Campaign for a Scottish Olympic Team.

S2W-24855 Euan Robson: To ask the Scottish Executive whether the central heating scheme will be amended to lower the qualification age for those wishing only to replace a heating appliance.

S2W-24856 Frances Curran: To ask the Scottish Executive how much has been spent by Communities Scotland on organising tenants’ meetings, either directly or through other organisations, in each year since its inception.

S2W-24861 Mrs Nanette Milne: To ask the Scottish Executive how much more on average an NHS dentist can expect to earn under the new General Dental Services contract than under previous arrangements and how this figure has been calculated.

S2W-24866 Rob Gibson: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it is satisfied that proposals for the disposal of diseased poultry under the existing contingency plans for an avian flu outbreak are compatible with EU regulations.

S2W-24867 Rob Gibson: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it has considered alternative means of disposing of poultry carcases other than those outlined in existing contingency plans for an avian flu outbreak and, if so, why these options were not included in the contingency plans.

S2W-24868 Rob Gibson: To ask the Scottish Executive what preparations have been made by ministers to challenge interposed leases in the Scottish Land Court.

S2W-24869 Rob Gibson: To ask the Scottish Executive when it expects to challenge the legality of interposed leases in the Scottish Land Court.

S2W-24870 Rob Gibson: To ask the Scottish Executive whether the two references to the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 1993 on page seven of Crofting Reform Etc. Bill Policy Memorandum should be to the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003 and what implications these references have for the argument in paragraphs 37 and 38 of the policy memorandum.

S2W-24871 Murray Tosh: To ask the Scottish Executive how much income Scottish Water expects to receive from infrastructure and connection charges on new development under the Provision of Water and Sewerage Services (Reasonable Cost) (Scotland) Regulations 2006; for what purposes this income will be used, and what criteria will be applied in allocating this income where it is used to fund infrastructure.

S2W-24872 Murray Tosh: To ask the Scottish Executive how new local strategic water and drainage infrastructure, such as major trunk sewers and trunk water mains, will be planned, funded and procured in circumstances where developer contributions to Scottish Water are required from a wide range of companies developing in areas to be serviced by such infrastructure, or from companies developing sites over a protracted time period, and in other circumstances where such contributions are unlikely to be achievable in whole in advance of the requirement to fund the infrastructure.

S2W-24873 Richard Baker: To ask the Scottish Executive what methodology or methodologies it will use in respect of existing privately-owned dwellings to comply with Article 3 of the EU Energy Performance of Buildings Directive.

S2W-24874 Richard Baker: To ask the Scottish Executive what methodology or methodologies it will use in respect of newly built privately-owned dwellings to comply with Article 3 of the EU Energy Performance of Buildings Directive.

S2W-24892 John Swinburne: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S1W-28161 by Mr Frank McAveety on 30 August 2002, what advice it has received about the implications of the House of Lords decision in Robertson (AP) v Fife Council on 25 July 2002 relating to the provision of residential accommodation and whether it will be seeking to amend the relevant legislation.

S2W-24893 Shiona Baird: To ask the Scottish Executive what grant assistance is available to religious and charitable organisations that wish to better insulate their properties in order to improve the energy efficiency of buildings which are regularly used by local communities.
