S2W-20096 Mr Brian Monteith: To ask the Scottish Executive what the budget has been for each police force in each year since 1999, broken down into the (a) Executive and (b) local authority contribution.

S2W-20099 Bruce Crawford: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-13449 by Mr Andy Kerr on 21 January 2005, when the public consultation phase of the Executive’s review of NHS prescription charge exemption policies will be completed and how the results of this will be published.

S2W-20100 Bruce Crawford: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-13449 by Mr Andy Kerr on 21 January 2005, when, following the completion of the public consultation phase of the Executive’s review of NHS prescription charge exemption policies, it will announce specific policy changes.

S2W-20101 Ms Sandra White: To ask the Scottish Executive what information it has on how many complaints relating to the planning system have been lodged with the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman in each of the last five years and, of these, how many have been upheld.

S2W-20102 Ms Sandra White: To ask the Scottish Executive what research it has conducted into the effectiveness of pre-application consultation with communities prior to the submission of planning applications to local authorities for determination.

S2W-20103 Ms Sandra White: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it has conducted any economic assessment to consider and quantify the potential impact on the economy of the introduction of a third party right of appeal.

S2W-20104 Ms Sandra White: To ask the Scottish Executive what information it has on the levels of public participation at different stages in the planning process.

S2W-20105 Ms Sandra White: To ask the Scottish Executive what research has been undertaken to determine the effectiveness of public hearings prior to decisions being made on planning applications, including gathering information on experiences of the general public.

S2W-20110 Mrs Margaret Ewing: To ask the Scottish Executive to which sub-contractors EAGA Partnership Ltd has allocated the delivery of central heating renewal and/or installations and whether it is required to report back to the Executive on the success or failure rate of sub-contractors.

S2W-20115 Dr Elaine Murray: To ask the Scottish Executive how it plans to improve the delivery of health care to older people in remote and rural communities which are distant from hospital facilities.

S2W-20116 Dr Elaine Murray: To ask the Scottish Executive how its response to the recommendations of the Kerr report will affect the way in which the needs of frail older people who are being cared for in the community will be monitored.

S2W-20117 Dr Elaine Murray: To ask the Scottish Executive what guidance is issued to local authorities and other social agencies in respect of the provision of aids and adaptations to elderly and disabled people.

S2W-20120 Derek Brownlee: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-18951 by Mr Tom McCabe on 16 September 2005, what the annual rent is of each property that it rents.

S2W-20121 Miss Annabel Goldie: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will provide a breakdown of the crimes and offences of which people on the sex offenders register have been convicted.

S2W-20122 Mr David Davidson: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it has received any approaches from Scottish Opera seeking funding for it to perform in Aberdeen.

S2W-20123 Mr David Davidson: To ask the Scottish Executive what its response would be to a business case being made by Scottish Opera for funding for it to perform in Aberdeen.

S2W-20124 Mr David Davidson: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will examine the recent report by Her Majesty’s Inspector of Constabulary, Meeting the Standard: A Thematic Inspection of the Scottish Crime Recording Standard, which indicates that Grampian Police has a low resolution rate on reported crime; whether the same reporting procedures are in place across all police forces, and, if so, why there are differing results across the police force areas.

S2W-20125 Mr David Davidson: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it plans to make sustainable development a mandatory requirement of the planning system when the proposed Planning Bill is introduced.

S2W-20126 Mr David Davidson: To ask the Scottish Executive under what circumstances a third party right of appeal in planning might be instituted.

S2W-20127 Mr David Davidson: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it has any plans to make the provisions of the Licensing (Scotland) Bill apply equally to off-sales and on-sales premises.

S2W-20128 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive how many general dental practitioners have delivered NHS work for (a) adults and (b) children in each (i) NHS board and (ii) local authority area in each of the last three years, expressed also as a percentage of the total number of general dental practitioners in each case and showing year-on-year percentage changes and overall totals.

S2W-20129 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive how many patients have been deregistered from the NHS by general dental practitioners in each (a) NHS board and (b) local authority area in each of the last three years and in this year to date, expressed in each case as a percentage of all patients.

S2W-20130 Mr Stewart Maxwell: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2O-5169 by Rhona Brankin on 3 February 2005, whether the Breast and Cervical Screening National Advisory Group has now made its recommendations to the Executive on two-view mammography and, if so, when these recommendations will be made public.

S2W-20131 Mr Stewart Maxwell: To ask the Scottish Executive, in light of the Kerr report’s conclusion that “Information and communications technology will give us the tools to fundamentally reshape how health care is delivered”, what targets have to be met by the national information management and technology strategy in healthcare.

S2W-20138 Mr Ted Brocklebank: To ask the Scottish Executive why cyclists and horses have been given access rights similar to those of pedestrians to the Lade Braes Walk, a traditional pedestrian footpath within the city of St Andrews, under the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003.
