S2W-19189 Mrs Nanette Milne: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-18263 by Mr Andy Kerr on 9 September 2005, what the average response time was to emergency calls for all emergency incidents in each NHS board area in each year since 2002-03.
