S2W-19158 Helen Eadie: To ask the Scottish Executive what discussions it has had with the European Commission in respect of its Report on osteoporosis in the European Community: Action for Prevention, published in 1998.

S2W-19159 Donald Gorrie: To ask the Scottish Executive what plans it has in its housing budget to allocate additional funds per house to enable new social housing to include sustainable energy-conserving features which will repay the initial capital costs.

S2W-19160 Donald Gorrie: To ask the Scottish Executive how it ensures that cost benchmarks for new social housing reflect the true costs of house building in areas where there is high demand on the building industry.

S2W-19169 Stewart Stevenson: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-15914 by Cathy Jamieson on 20 April 2005, how many convictions for assault on a police officer there were in 2004, broken down by police force area.

S2W-19170 Mike Rumbles: To ask the Scottish Executive how much public money it estimates was spent on investigating the possibility of reintroducing beavers to Scotland.

S2W-19171 Euan Robson: To ask the Scottish Executive whether there is a statutory duty to replace common or public land used for recreational purposes where a trunk road is constructed on such land and, if so, on whom that duty falls and what the statutory reference is.
