S2W-16930 Alasdair Morgan: To ask the Scottish Executive to whom it copied a letter from solicitors acting for Peter Swann to the Lord Advocate on 28 April 2005 regarding matters pertaining to the wrongful identification of fingerprints.

S2W-16931 Alasdair Morgan: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it publicly released a letter from solicitors acting for Peter Swann to the Lord Advocate on 28 April 2005 regarding matters pertaining to the wrongful identification of fingerprints and, if not, whether it will institute an inquiry into the leak of the contents of that letter and report the outcome of that inquiry to the Parliament.

S2W-16932 Alasdair Morgan: To ask the Scottish Executive what reply it has made, or will make, to a letter from solicitors acting for Peter Swann to the Lord Advocate on 28 April 2005 regarding matters pertaining to the wrongful identification of fingerprints.

S2W-16933 Mr Kenny MacAskill: To ask the Scottish Executive to what extent responsibilities in relation to judicial cooperation in criminal matters with other countries cover (a) reserved and (b) devolved matters.

S2W-16934 Mr Kenny MacAskill: To ask the Scottish Executive to what extent responsibilities in relation to the rules governing the issue in Scotland of warrants for the recovery of personal data for the purpose of investigation, detection and prosecution of criminal offences cover (a) reserved and (b) devolved matters.

S2W-16935 Shiona Baird: To ask the Scottish Executive how much Community Energy Programme funding was awarded to biomass heating projects in Scotland in 2004-05 and how much has been earmarked for 2005-06.

S2W-16936 Shiona Baird: To ask the Scottish Executive how much Scottish Communities and Household Renewables Initiative funding was awarded in 2004-05 to the (a) micro hydro-electricity, (b) micro wind, (c) solar water heating, (d) solar space heating, (e) automated wood fuel heating and (f) ground, air and water-sourced heat pump sectors and how much it anticipates will be awarded in 2005-06.

S2W-16937 Shiona Baird: To ask the Scottish Executive what measures are in place to support the development of the biomass heating industry and how successful these measures have been.

S2W-16938 Shiona Baird: To ask the Scottish Executive what steps it is taking to promote the installation of a biomass pelleting plant.

S2W-16939 Shiona Baird: To ask the Scottish Executive how many houses built in each of the last five years received Scottish Communities and Household Renewables Initiative funding.

S2W-16947 Fergus Ewing: To ask the Scottish Executive whether the review team of NHS 24 is studying complaints made about the service and what efforts it has made to make contact with those who have expressed dissatisfaction with the service.

S2W-16948 Mr Bruce McFee: To ask the Scottish Executive , further to the answer to question S2W-16560 by Mr Andy Kerr on 25 May 2005, what specific health services were provided at the welfare and education building in John Street, Glasgow, (a) prior to and (b) after the late 1970s.

S2W-16949 Mr Bruce McFee: To ask the Scottish Executive , further to the answer to question S2W-16560 by Mr Andy Kerr on 25 May 2005, where health records for patients treated at the welfare and education building in John Street, Glasgow, prior to the late 1970s are held, given that the building is no longer a headquarters of Occupational Health Services.

S2W-16950 Colin Fox: To ask the Scottish Executive what support it gives to youth clubs and youth projects in West Lothian.

S2W-16951 Mr Kenny MacAskill: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-7558 by Cathy Jamieson on 20 May 2004, whether the figure of £126 million for the net present value of the contract with Reliance Secure Task Management Ltd for the escort of prisoners included VAT.

S2W-16952 Mr Kenny MacAskill: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answers to questions S2W-7558 and S2W-16514 by Cathy Jamieson on 20 May 2004 and 24 May 2005, what the net present value will be of VAT payments to be made in relation to the contract with Reliance Secure Task Management Ltd for the escort of prisoners, shown in figures comparable to those in the answer to S2W-7558.

S2W-16953 Mr Kenny MacAskill: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answers to questions S2W-7558 and S2W-11075 by Cathy Jamieson on 20 May and 19 October 2004, what the actual cash value of the contract with Reliance Secure Task Management Ltd for the escort of prisoners was estimated to be at the time the answer to S2W-7558 was given (a) excluding and (b) including VAT in prices comparable to those shown in the public sector comparator.

S2W-16954 Mr Kenny MacAskill: To ask the Scottish Executive how many prisoner movements there were from (a) police custody to court, (b) prisons to court, (c) hospital to court and (d) court to court and how many other prisoner movements there were in each month of 2004 (i) in total and (ii) broken down by Sheriffdom.

S2W-16955 Mr Kenny MacAskill: To ask the Scottish Executive what stage the roll-out of the contract with Reliance Secure Task Management Ltd for the escort of prisoners has now reached.

S2W-16956 Mr David Davidson: To ask the Scottish Executive what guidelines are laid down for the treatment of raw sewage by public bodies.
