S2W-16311 Fergus Ewing: To ask the Scottish Executive , further to the answer to question S2W-15893 by Nicol Stephen on 26 April 2005, under which subsection and paragraph of Sections 103 and 104 of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 it acted in purchasing plots referred to in Annex B of the letter of 24 March 2005 containing Scottish ministers’ decision on the M74.

S2W-16312 Jim Mather: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will produce and publish a national reform programme under the European Commission’s revised Lisbon strategy independently of the UK Government.

S2W-16313 Jim Mather: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it intends to contribute to the UK Government’s national reform programme under the European Commission’s revised Lisbon strategy and, if so, what form this contribution will take and whether it will be made public.

S2W-16314 Jim Mather: To ask the Scottish Executive which organisations it will consult in the preparation of a national reform programme, or in contributing to the UK national reform programme, under the European Commission’s revised Lisbon strategy.

S2W-16315 Jim Mather: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will appoint a national Lisbon co-ordinator under the revised Lisbon strategy in line with European Commission guidance and, if so, when it will do so and who the co-ordinator will be.

S2W-16316 Jim Mather: To ask the Scottish Executive at which events Scottish ministers will be present as part of the United Kingdom’s presidency of the European Union.

S2W-16317 Jim Mather: To ask the Scottish Executive which events it will be directly represented at as part of the United Kingdom’s presidency of the European Union.

S2W-16318 Jim Mather: To ask the Scottish Executive what action it has taken to promote the forthcoming EU Seventh Framework Programme to businesses, universities and colleges across Scotland.
