S2W-16280 Mr Brian Monteith: To ask the Scottish Executive what the total revenue from non-domestic rates was after transitional relief in 2004-05 and what the estimated revenue is for 2005-06.

S2W-16281 Mr Brian Monteith: To ask the Scottish Executive what the total revenue from non-domestic rates would be in 2005-06 if the poundage rate was reduced to 42.2p.

S2W-16282 Mr Brian Monteith: To ask the Scottish Executive what the total revenue from non-domestic rates would be in 2005-06 if the poundage rate was reduced to 41.5p.

S2W-16283 Dr Elaine Murray: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it intends to introduce a charge on equine manure heaps, similar to that to be introduced by the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs in England and Wales on 1 July 2005.

S2W-16284 Christine Grahame: To ask the Scottish Executive what its expenditure in respect of the G8 summit will be (a) in the run-up to, and preparation for, the summit and (b) during the summit.

S2W-16293 Mr Brian Monteith: To ask the Scottish Executive how many road accidents causing injuries have occurred in each of the last 10 years on the B822 between the entrance from the north and the exit to the south of Kippen.

S2W-16295 Mr Brian Monteith: To ask the Scottish Executive what research or evaluations have been carried out to establish the effectiveness and impact of individual Safer Routes to Schools road safety initiatives.

S2W-16296 Mr Brian Monteith: To ask the Scottish Executive what the best ways are of measuring the impact of Safer Routes to Schools road safety initiatives.

S2W-16297 Mr Kenny MacAskill: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-15878 by Colin Boyd QC on 21 April 2005, whether it will provide a breakdown of the European Arrest Warrants received by (a) issuing country and (b) offence in (i) 2004 and (ii) 2005.

S2W-16298 Mr Kenny MacAskill: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-15878 by Colin Boyd QC on 21 April 2005, whether it will provide a breakdown of the European Arrest Warrants issued by (a) country to which they were addressed and (b) offence in (i) 2004 and (ii) 2005.

S2W-16299 Mr Kenny MacAskill: To ask the Scottish Executive whether any of the European Arrest Warrants received have been for acts that are not offences in Scots law.

S2W-16300 Mr Kenny MacAskill: To ask the Scottish Executive, for each offence listed in Article 2(2) of Council Framework Decision 2002/584/SHA on the European Arrest Warrant and the surrender procedures between member states, for which offences in Scots law it considers a European Arrest Warrant could be issued without verification of double criminality by the receiving member state.

S2W-16301 Robin Harper: To ask the Scottish Executive how many households have received warm deal grants for energy efficiency measures each year since the initiative’s inception and what the total expenditure on the initiative has been.

S2W-16302 Robin Harper: To ask the Scottish Executive what percentage of households entitled to a grant under the warm deal initiative have been awarded a grant.

S2W-16303 Robin Harper: To ask the Scottish Executive how many households have benefited from the central heating programme since its inception and what the total expenditure on the scheme has been.

S2W-16304 Robin Harper: To ask the Scottish Executive what percentage of households eligible to receive support from the central heating programme have been granted such support.

S2W-16305 Christine Grahame: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it has rejected a limited third party right of appeal for inclusion in its proposed reform of planning legislation.

S2W-16306 Christine Grahame: To ask the Scottish Executive, in light of its proposed reform of planning legislation, whether it will provide examples of existing "projects of national strategic significance".

S2W-16307 Christine Grahame: To ask the Scottish Executive what contact it has had with the UK Government regarding the development of new nuclear power stations.

S2W-16308 Christine Grahame: To ask the Scottish Executive, with reference to the National Planning Framework and, in particular, the setting of national policy and sector priorities, whether it will consult on the development of projects of national strategic significance and what role the Parliament will have in identifying and scrutinising such projects.

S2W-16309 Carolyn Leckie: To ask the Scottish Executive what guidance is available to GPs regarding the booking of GP appointments in a timescale suitable to the patient.

S2W-16310 Carolyn Leckie: To ask the Scottish Executive what standards are set for primary medical services with regard to the booking of appointments in a timescale suitable to the patient.
