S2W-14883 Mr Kenny MacAskill: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-14008 by Mr Andy Kerr on 24 February 2005, how many people were admitted to hospital in 2002-03 as a result of (a) alcohol-related conditions, (b) drug misuse and (c) obesity, broken down by NHS board.

S2W-14900 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive how it will respond to the report by the General Dental Council following its inspection of the Glasgow Dental School, where  "fundamental and ongoing problems" were identified.

S2W-14901 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive what the (a) average number of patients per general dental practitioner and (b) number of general dental practitioner vacancies expressed as a percentage of overall posts is, broken down by NHS board area.

S2W-14902 Stewart Stevenson: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-13591 by Tavish Scott on 7 February 2005, which of the computer systems used by it or its agencies for recording personal details cannot record (a) people’s full names as legally recorded in the Register of Births, Deaths and Marriages, (b) all the initials of the forenames legally recorded in the register and (c) three initials or forenames as a minimum.

S2W-14903 Stewart Stevenson: To ask the Scottish Executive how many criminal justice cases have been delayed or dropped due to the names of accused persons being (a) incorrectly and (b) incompletely recorded in each of the last five years. 

S2W-14904 Shiona Baird: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-14411 by Ross Finnie on 25 February 2005, what steps it is taking to analyse the reasons for the decline in the number of calls received by the "Dumb Dumpers" flytipping hotline between March 2004 and January 2005.

S2W-14905 Mrs Margaret Ewing: To ask the Scottish Executive what plans it has to introduce proposals that would ensure that all licensed establishments offered reasonably-priced soft drinks and made water free to their customers.

S2W-14906 Tommy Sheridan: To ask the Scottish Executive what information it has on how much was paid, and on which dates, through the Strategic Rail Authority to the National Express Group as compensation for loss of revenue during any industrial disputes within ScotRail.

S2W-14907 Tommy Sheridan: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it intends to set aside funds to compensate train operating companies in the event of industrial disputes on the railways.
