S2W-14573 Mr Bruce McFee: To ask the Scottish Executive how many patients were provided with oxygen concentrator services in (a) 2000, (b) 2001, (c) 2002, (d) 2003 and (e) 2004, broken down by NHS board area.

S2W-14574 Mr Bruce McFee: To ask the Scottish Executive whether all NHS boards require patients to be assessed by a respiratory consultant before providing oxygen concentrator services and, if not, which staff are authorised to determine the suitability of patients for such services, broken down by NHS board area.
