S2W-12175 David McLetchie: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will publish the findings of the opinion poll commissioned in relation to the consultation on smoking in public places.

S2W-12176 Mr Kenny MacAskill: To ask the Scottish Executive what plans it has to monitor and review the implementation of children’s hearing decisions and the effectiveness of the Scottish Children’s Reporter Administration.

S2W-12177 John Swinburne: To ask the Scottish Executive how many care home residents have a deferred payment agreement in place with the appropriate local authority, broken down by local authority area.

S2W-12178 John Swinburne: To ask the Scottish Executive what the annual cost has been to each local authority of making deferred payments to care home residents in each year since the inception of the deferred payment scheme.

S2W-12179 John Swinburne: To ask the Scottish Executive how much has been budgeted for setting up deferred payment agreements between local authorities and care home residents in each year since the inception of the deferred payment scheme and how this provision was calculated.

S2W-12180 John Swinburne: To ask the Scottish Executive how much it estimates that it will spend on deferred payment agreements in each of the next five years.

S2W-12181 John Swinburne: To ask the Scottish Executive what average amount is charged by (a) local authority, (b) independent and (c) private residential care homes for care services per person per week, broken down by local authority area.

S2W-12182 Mr Brian Monteith: To ask the Scottish Executive how many civil legal aid grants were paid for divorce cases in each of the last five years and what the total cost of such grants was in each year.

S2W-12183 Colin Fox: To ask the Scottish Executive whether there has been an increase in levels of chest infections in (a) Firrhill, (b) Oxgangs and (c) south Edinburgh in the last five years and, if so, what the increase has been.

S2W-12184 Colin Fox: To ask the Scottish Executive what levels of asbestosis have been recorded in (a) Firrhill, (b) Oxgangs and (c) south Edinburgh in each of the last 15 years.

S2W-12185 Colin Fox: To ask the Scottish Executive what information it has on how the percentage of prisoners in privately-run penal establishments compares with the rest of Europe and how the percentage of prisoners in such establishments would compare with the rest of Europe in the event of (a) one of and (b) both the proposed new prisons being privately-run.

S2W-12186 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive what projections it has for any increase in the number of households classified as fuel poor as electricity prices rise. 

S2W-12187 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive what projections it has for any increase in hospital admissions from "at risk" groups such as elderly people and those on low incomes as a result of such groups not being able to support their basic energy needs.

S2W-12188 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-10971 by Mr Jim Wallace on 8 November 2004, how much financial support each energy efficiency scheme has received; how many people have been supported by each scheme, and what efficiency improvement or carbon saving has been delivered by each scheme.

S2W-12189 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive what targets have been set for energy efficiency and what its energy efficiency strategy is.

S2W-12190 Phil Gallie: To ask the Scottish Executive what research has been carried out on kinship care.

S2W-12191 Phil Gallie: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will ensure that any research carried out on kinship care will be published prior to any further legislation on childcare being implemented.

S2W-12192 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive what steps are being taken to increase the profitability of the dairy sector and to persuade supermarkets to play a role in achieving this objective.

S2W-12193 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive what steps are being taken to attract film and television production to Scotland and what financial resources are being made available in each of the next five years to achieve this objective.

S2W-12194 Mr David Davidson: To ask the Scottish Executive how the increase in funds allocated to "national priorities including waiting times", as referred to in Draft Budget 2005-06 will be spent.

S2W-12195 Mr David Davidson: To ask the Scottish Executive how the increase in funds allocated to "information technology" in the Health and Community Care section of Draft Budget 2005-06 will be spent.

S2W-12196 Mary Scanlon: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it has any plans to conduct a review of changes in real and relative house prices.
