S2W-8128 Bill Aitken: To ask the Scottish Executive how many registered drug abusers there are in the Greater Glasgow NHS Board area.

S2W-8156 Mr Ted Brocklebank: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it plans to introduce discounts for regular users of the Tay Road Bridge.

S2W-8157 Mr Ted Brocklebank: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it plans to increase discounts for regular users of the Forth Road Bridge.

S2W-8162 Mr Stewart Maxwell: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2O-1992 by Cathy Jamieson on 22 April 2004, whether funding will be made directly available to places of worship for security improvements.

S2W-8165 Dr Jean Turner: To ask the Scottish Executive how total per capita expenditure in (a) cash and (b) real terms adjusted by the GDP deflator on the NHS in Scotland has compared with expenditure on the NHS in England in each year since 1990-91.

S2W-8166 Dr Jean Turner: To ask the Scottish Executive what total per capita (a) revenue and (b) capital expenditure on the NHS has been in each year since 1990-91.

S2W-8167 Mr Stewart Maxwell: To ask the Scottish Executive what plans are in place to ensure that every person who requires drugs for fertility treatment receives a fair and equal service across Scotland and that best practice in this area amongst NHS boards becomes normal practice in all boards.

S2W-8168 Brian Adam: To ask the Scottish Executive how many vacancies there were in each local authority area at 30 April 2004 for teachers of (a) chemistry, (b) biology, (c) art, (d) drama, (e) home economics, (f) computer studies and (g) physical education.

S2W-8169 Jim Mather: To ask the Scottish Executive whether its Scottish Affairs Office in Washington was instructed to pass on details of all invitations it received from organisations and legislatures in the United States of America inviting ministers, parliamentarians and officials to attend Tartan Day events this year.

S2W-8170 Jim Mather: To ask the Scottish Executive which invitations to Tartan Day events were declined by the Scottish Executive and its Scottish Affairs Office in Washington and on what grounds.

S2W-8171 Jim Mather: To ask the Scottish Executive what plans it has to write to American and Canadian state and provincial legislatures in advance of Tartan Day 2005, specifying and quantifying any support that could be forthcoming from it to facilitate Tartan Day events.

S2W-8177 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-3401 by Mr Andy Kerr on 5 November 2003, how many meetings of the Council of Ministers Scottish ministers have attended since that answer and which specific councils ministers have attended in each year since 1999, expressed also as a percentage of all Council of Ministers meetings.

S2W-8178 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answers to questions S1W-21028 and S2W-3175 by Mr Jim Wallace and Mr Andy Kerr on 3 January 2002 and 30 October 2003 respectively, whether Scottish ministers have officially led any further UK Delegations to the Council of Ministers and, if so, whether it will provide similar details to those provided in the answer to question S1W-21028.

S2W-8179 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S1W-22478 by Patricia Ferguson on 12 February 2002, how many Joint Ministerial Committees and Sub-Committees have been convened since 8 November 2001, where each meeting took place, which minister attended, and what was discussed.

S2W-8180 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive what the operating costs of its Brussels office have been in each year since 1999 and what the projected costs are for the current year.

S2W-8181 Mr Kenny MacAskill: To ask the Scottish Executive how much has been spent on advertising to encourage (a) healthy living in respect of diet and nutrition and (b) taking exercise and sports participation since 1999, broken down into TV advertising and other forms of advertising.

S2W-8182 Alex Fergusson: To ask the Scottish Executive how many staff working in the NHS are funded through (a) lottery funding and (b) charitable donations.

S2W-8183 Mr Kenny MacAskill: To ask the Scottish Executive what action it is taking to implement the recommendations of the Council of Europe Committee of Experts' report into the Charter for Regional or Minority Languages; whether it will provide the Scottish Language Resource Centre (SLRC) with any additional funding to implement those recommendations and, if not, how it envisages implementation of the recommendations will be achieved, and whether it intends to consult the SLRC, or other organisations, on the recommendations and, if so, who it will consult and when.

S2W-8184 Carolyn Leckie: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-7671 by Malcolm Chisholm on 5 May 2004, whether it will provide further details of the scientific research and evidence to support the statement that the DTwP-Hib vaccine has been demonstrated to give more effective protection against whooping cough (pertussis) than the DTaP-Hib alternative, specifying the author, journal of publication and where the research was conducted.

S2W-8186 Carolyn Leckie: To ask the Scottish Executive what the exact geographical locations were of each laboratory-confirmed case of measles in (a) 2002 and (b) 2003.

S2W-8187 Mr Kenny MacAskill: To ask the Scottish Executive what level of funding will be available for individual waterborne freight grants and on what basis the level was selected.

S2W-8188 Rob Gibson: To ask the Scottish Executive what action it is taking to address the decrease in the number of young people in the Highlands and Islands in light of figures from the General Register Office for Scotland that state that by the year 2018 there could be a 50% decrease in young people living there.

S2W-8189 Mr Kenny MacAskill: To ask the Scottish Executive what additional funding will be allocated to Lothian and Borders Police in respect of public order and other requirements in each of the next three years and when such funding will be allocated.

S2W-8190 Ms Rosemary Byrne: To ask the Scottish Executive what plans it has to tighten the system of pollution monitoring for the pollution emissions register.

S2W-8191 Rosie Kane: To ask the Scottish Executive how many applications the Scottish Environment Protection Agency has received to develop hazardous waste sites and where each such site is located.

S2W-8192 Rosie Kane: To ask the Scottish Executive what resources have been earmarked for the development of new hazardous waste sites prior to the deadline of 16 July 2004 for changes to the rules on waste to landfill.

S2W-8193 Rosie Kane: To ask the Scottish Executive what regulations currently govern the transportation of hazardous waste from Scotland to registered sites in England.

S2W-8194 Mr Kenny MacAskill: To ask the Scottish Executive what plans it has to address the cost of fuel in rural Scotland as a result of recent world oil price increases and what representations it has made to Her Majesty's Government on the issue.

S2W-8195 Stewart Stevenson: To ask the Scottish Executive when it will reply to my letter of 20 March 2004 to the Minister for Transport regarding the A90 junction with the unclassified Gask Road, south of Longhaven.
