*S2M-1045 Alex Johnstone: Congratulations to Monikie Primary School-That the Parliament congratulates Monikie Primary School, Angus, on its recent HM Inspectorate of Education report; notes that the report is one of the best ever received by any school in Scotland with 14 of the assessed categories judged to be very good and one good; commends all the staff, pupils and the whole local school community who contribute to making the school so successful, and believes that Monikie Primary School is an excellent example of a rural primary school that provides a first-class education for all its pupils.
