S2W-6091 Mr David Davidson: To ask the Scottish Executive what its position is on whether, under the recently agreed quota arrangements, Scottish fishermen should be allowed to utilise the unused days at sea of other Scottish vessels that for any reason cannot use their allocation.

S2W-6092 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive what steps it is taking to promote "Spring Day in Europe 2004" in Scottish schools and how many schools have registered for the initiative.

S2W-6093 Lord James Douglas-Hamilton: To ask the Scottish Executive which organisations will receive funding from the unified voluntary sector funds and what the nature is of the projects involved.

S2W-6094 Mr David Davidson: To ask the Scottish Executive when the minor ailments service for community pharmacists will be introduced across Scotland.

S2W-6095 Mr David Davidson: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will publish the eligibility rules for access to the minor ailments service for community pharmacists.

S2W-6096 Mr David Davidson: To ask the Scottish Executive which general sale list or pharmacy-only items will be excluded from the minor ailments service for community pharmacists and what the reasons are for its position on the matter.

S2W-6097 Ms Sandra White: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it has any plans to review the provisions of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 and, if so, whether such a review will consider whether additional bodies such as registered social landlords should be brought under the remit of the Act.

S2W-6098 Ms Sandra White: To ask the Scottish Executive whether the 175 million regeneration fund for local authorities that make a commitment to housing stock transfer will be made available to Glasgow Housing Association Ltd.

S2W-6115 Dr Elaine Murray: To ask the Scottish Executive whether any estimate has been made of the cost of connecting 95% of the population to broadband and, if so, what that cost is.

S2W-6116 Mr Adam Ingram: To ask the Scottish Executive when it will publish a schedule and timetable for construction works on the A77 Bellfield Interchange to Monkton Roundabout.

S2W-6117 Dr Elaine Murray: To ask the Scottish Executive what measures will be undertaken to improve and upgrade the A75 in each of the next five years and what funding has been allocated to each of these projects.

S2W-6118 Christine Grahame: To ask the Scottish Executive how many emergency dental admissions there have been in each financial year since 1999-2000, broken down by NHS board area.

S2W-6119 Mr Kenny MacAskill: To ask the Scottish Executive what funding is available to organisations such as Disablement Income Group Scotland who provide advice to individuals making benefit applications.

S2W-6120 Irene Oldfather: To ask the Scottish Executive what action it is taking to encourage more people to borrow materials from libraries.

S2W-6121 Irene Oldfather: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it issues guidelines to local authorities on levels of investment in lending stock for libraries.

S2W-6122 Irene Oldfather: To ask the Scottish Executive what action it is taking to address the rising level of consumer debt as detailed in Citizen Advice Scotland's report On the Cards: The debt crisis facing Scottish CAB clients.

S2W-6123 Christine Grahame: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-504 by Mr Tom McCabe on 10 June 2003, how many dentists there have been whose patient registration status shows withdrawn in each financial year from 1999-2000 to 2001-02 and this financial year to date, broken down by NHS board area.

S2W-6124 Mr Adam Ingram: To ask the Scottish Executive which organisations will be utilised to provide advocacy services to children and families in relation to the Education (Additional Support for Learning) (Scotland) Bill, stating where such organisations are based.

S2W-6125 Mr Duncan McNeil: To ask the Scottish Executive what support it is providing to public bodies and other groups to mark EU enlargement on 1 May 2004.

S2W-6126 Mr Duncan McNeil: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it is giving any direct material support to any organisation seeking to explore the consequences of EU enlargement for Scotland.

S2W-6127 Jackie Baillie: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-3779 by Malcolm Chisholm on 21 November 2003, whether it will ensure that the report from NHS Argyll and Clyde and NHS Greater Glasgow on the pattern of patient choice for consultant-led maternity units involves substantive discussion with clinicians from the Queen Mother's Hospital.

S2W-6128 Jackie Baillie: To ask the Scottish Executive what mechanisms it will put in place to ensure that the policy of regional planning in the NHS is effectively implemented.

S2W-6129 Jackie Baillie: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will ensure that clinicians are involved in the process of regional planning at NHS board level.
