S2W-5747 Mr Kenny MacAskill: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it has made representations to obtain a dedicated digital channel or additional Scottish output for Scotland and the Gaelic language and, if it has, what stage any negotiations have reached.

S2W-5765 Fergus Ewing: To ask the Scottish Executive, in respect of the foot-and-mouth disease outbreak, whether all outstanding claims from farms and/or businesses have been settled and, if not, whether it will provide a breakdown of payments due by (a) it, (b) local authorities, (c) enterprise companies and (d) other public bodies.

S2W-5800 John Farquhar Munro: To ask the Scottish Executive how long dentists that have been recipients of a "golden hello" are required to remain practising in the NHS.

S2W-5817 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive how much funding was allocated for addressing drug misuse through (a) grant aided expenditure, (b) the Changing Children's Services Fund, (c) social inclusion partnerships and (d) criminal justice interventions, in each of the last three years, broken down by (i) NHS board and, where appropriate, (ii) local authority area, expressed also on a per capita basis and showing year-on-year percentage changes.

S2W-5818 Alex Neil: To ask the Scottish Executive when it will publish a full evaluation of the Higher Still reforms.

S2W-5819 John Farquhar Munro: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will consider increasing state subsidies to dental practices in areas where there is no NHS dental service provision.

S2W-5820 Linda Fabiani: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answers to questions S2W-4961 and S2W-4962 by Malcolm Chisholm on 26 January 2004, what statutory impediment prevents it forming, or participating in forming, companies for the provision of health services.

S2W-5821 Linda Fabiani: To ask the Scottish Executive what percentage of officers at each rank within (a) each police force and (b) the Scottish Drug Enforcement Agency is female.

S2W-5822 Linda Fabiani: To ask the Scottish Executive how many female officers have been recruited into each rank within (a) each police force and (b) the Scottish Drug Enforcement Agency in the last year.

S2W-5823 Linda Fabiani: To ask the Scottish Executive what percentage of officers at each rank within (a) each police force and (b) the Scottish Drug Enforcement Agency is from ethnic minority groups.

S2W-5824 Linda Fabiani: To ask the Scottish Executive what records are kept of visitors to prisons; how the keeping of such records varies between prisons, and whether any of these records are forwarded to any other organisation.

S2W-5825 Linda Fabiani: To ask the Scottish Executive what specific action it has taken to address under-representation of female officers above the rank of constable in the police force and what the total cost was of such action in each of the last three years for which information is available.

S2W-5833 Linda Fabiani: To ask the Scottish Executive what percentage of candidates for senior civil service posts have been (a) women, (b) from ethnic minorities and (c) disabled, since information began to be held centrally in April 2002.

S2W-5834 Linda Fabiani: To ask the Scottish Executive how many new public sector school developments have been completed since May 1999 and how many such developments have been funded through public private partnerships or the private finance initiative.

S2W-5835 Linda Fabiani: To ask the Scottish Executive whether each school class having exclusive access to four modern computers is still one of its targets and, if so, what percentage of classes now have such exclusive access.

S2W-5836 Mr John Home Robertson: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will implement the signage strategy that has been agreed by East Lothian Council and the local tourist board for the new A1 expressway between Haddington and Dunbar.

S2W-5840 Johann Lamont: To ask the Scottish Executive what steps are being taken to ensure that the Victim Information and Advice service is aware of the particular needs of women survivors of domestic abuse, rape and sexual assault.

S2W-5845 Linda Fabiani: To ask the Scottish Executive how many central heating systems have been installed under its central heating programme and what its estimate is of the number of systems still to be installed under the current eligibility criteria.

S2W-5848 Mr Kenny MacAskill: To ask the Scottish Executive what the regulations are in respect of passenger capacity on trains and, if there are no such regulations, whether it intends to introduce them.

S2W-5849 Alex Fergusson: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will ensure that Fosamax, Didronel and Actonel will continue to be available under the NHS for all patients diagnosed with osteoporosis.

S2W-5850 Murray Tosh: To ask the Scottish Executive whether, with regard to the extension of planning controls to marine fish farming, operators of existing fish farming businesses will be eligible to apply for, and obtain, certificates of lawful use in relation to uses that they can demonstrate have been in existence for 10 years.

S2W-5851 Ms Sandra White: To ask the Scottish Executive what the average caseload is of midwives, broken down by NHS board area.

S2W-5852 Ms Sandra White: To ask the Scottish Executive what plans there are to allow midwives to decide their own caseloads.

S2W-5855 Margaret Jamieson: To ask the Scottish Executive what action it will take following the challenge, due to his religion, on Lord Hardie's ability to preside over a recent case in the High Court sitting in Kilmarnock.

S2W-5856 Alex Fergusson: To ask the Scottish Executive what the estimated cost is of relocating the Accountant in Bankruptcy's office to Ayrshire in 2005, including any estimated redundancy costs.

S2W-5857 Fergus Ewing: To ask the Presiding Officer whether the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body (SPCB) can provide an unqualified assurance in writing to members of the Scottish Parliament that, if the SPCB does not take up the offer of the parent company guarantee, free of charge, from the construction managers of the Holyrood Project there will be no possibility of any risk to the taxpayer.

S2W-5858Δ Karen Gillon: To ask the Scottish Executive when it will publish the farm income figures for 2003.

S2W-5859 Murdo Fraser: To ask the Scottish Executive what support it is giving to encourage the growth of indigenous businesses in the small and medium-sized enterprise sector.
