S2W-4011 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive how many individuals under 18 were admitted to hospital as a result of illegal drug use in each of the last five years, broken down by NHS board area and expressed also as a percentage of all illegal drug use admissions.

S2W-4012 David Mundell: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it has any plans to establish a pedestrian crossing on the A68 in Lauder.

S2W-4013 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive how many prosecutions there were for the sale of fireworks to under age customers from 5 October to 5 November in each of the last three years.

S2W-4014 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive how many incidents were attended by each fire brigade on (a) 4, (b) 5 and (c) 6 November in each of the last three years.

S2W-4015 Robin Harper: To ask the Scottish Executive whether local authorities can require the provision of sustainable development measures, such as recycling facilities, energy efficiency standards, cycle parking and renewable energy sources, within the process of building or refurbishing schools under PPP contracts.

S2W-4016 Jim Mather: To ask the Scottish Executive what representations it has made to the Ministry of Defence regarding the environmental impact of the decommissioning of nuclear submarines and storage of nuclear material on the west of Scotland, in particular on Faslane and Coulport.

S2W-4017 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will make representations in support of the ending of the Common Fisheries Policy.

S2W-4018 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive how many (a) hospital-based and (b) community-based midwives there have been in each NHS board area in each of the last three years, expressed also on a per capita basis and as a ratio to the number of babies born in each year.

S2W-4019 Dr Sylvia Jackson: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will declare more capercaillie habitats as Special Protection Areas and what further action it will take to protect the species.

S2W-4020 Dr Sylvia Jackson: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it has identified any marine and coastal areas that are of international importance for seabirds and, if so, what measures it is taking to protect such areas from inappropriate development and commercial exploitation.

S2W-4021 Dr Sylvia Jackson: To ask the Scottish Executive what action it will take to prevent the illegal persecution of protected species on grouse moors, in particular the golden eagle, in light of the findings of research by Scottish Natural Heritage published in Biological Conservation.

S2W-4022 Mr David Davidson: To ask the Scottish Executive how many cases of influenza have been reported this winter in each NHS board area; how many such cases are being treated in hospital; how many are of a new strain, and how many cases have resulted in deaths.

S2W-4023 Mr David Davidson: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will commission a thorough safety review of the junctions on the A90 between Aberdeen and the Angus border.

S2W-4025 Mr David Davidson: To ask the Scottish Executive when it will next review income-related exemptions to NHS prescription charges.

S2W-4026 Mr David Davidson: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it has any plans to set boundaries for managed clinical networks and, if so, what criteria it will use.

S2W-4027 Mr David Davidson: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it plans to conduct a review of NHS patient complaint procedures.

S2W-4028 Mr Kenny MacAskill: To ask the Scottish Executive what additional funding has been allocated to VisitScotland to boost the marketing of Scotland as a destination following the MTV Europe Music Awards.

S2W-4029 Mr Kenny MacAskill: To ask the Scottish Executive how much was spent on marketing for the MTV Europe Music Awards and whether it provided additional funding for this purpose and, if so, from what budget such funds were allocated.

S2W-4030 Mark Ballard: To ask the Scottish Executive what information it has on how often Lothian and Borders Fire Brigade has been called out to incidents at the Omni Centre, Greenside Place, Edinburgh since January 2003 and on the average cost of such call-outs.

S2W-4031 Mark Ballard: To ask the Scottish Executive what information it has on how often Lothian and Borders Police have attended incidents at the Omni Centre, Greenside Place, Edinburgh since January 2003 and on the average cost of such call-outs.

S2W-4032 Mr Kenny MacAskill: To ask the Scottish Executive what mechanism is used for levying rates on telecommunications infrastructure.

S2W-4033 Mr Kenny MacAskill: To ask the Scottish Executive what rates have been levied on telecommunications infrastructure in each of the last six years, broken down by local authority area.

S2W-4034 Mr Kenny MacAskill: To ask the Scottish Executive what rates will be levied on satellite and wireless telecommunications infrastructure in each of the next three years.

S2W-4035 Mr Kenny MacAskill: To ask the Scottish Executive what information it has on rates on telecommunications infrastructure in the rest of the UK and how such rates compare with those levied in Scotland.

S2W-4036 Mr Kenny MacAskill: To ask the Scottish Executive what the annual costs have been of (a) Fuel Duty Rebates and (b) Bus Service Operator Grants since 1997.

S2W-4037 Mr Kenny MacAskill: To ask the Scottish Executive what level of relief has been available under the (a) Fuel Duty Rebate and (b) Bus Service Operators Grant in each year since 1997.

S2W-4038 Tommy Sheridan: To ask the Scottish Executive how many looked after children there are, expressed also as a percentage of child population, in (a) residential care, (b) foster care and (c) care in the community in each local authority area.

S2W-4039 Tommy Sheridan: To ask the Scottish Executive what the staffing ratio is within young people's residential units, broken down by local authority area.

S2W-4040 Tommy Sheridan: To ask the Scottish Executive how many children are currently accommodated in residential school placements and how many have been assessed as requiring such a placement but are awaiting funding.

S2W-4041 Tommy Sheridan: To ask the Scottish Executive how much each local authority education department has allocated this year for joint funding of residential school placements and whether Glasgow City Council has exceeded its allocation for this financial year.

S2W-4042 Tommy Sheridan: To ask the Scottish Executive how many children have a supervision order imposed on them, expressed as a percentage of child population, and, of these, how many await allocation of a social worker.

S2W-4043 Tommy Sheridan: To ask the Scottish Executive what the average caseload is of social workers in children and families teams.

S2W-4044 Tommy Sheridan: To ask the Scottish Executive what the level of funding this financial year is for social work services in the area of (a) community care, (b) children and families, (c) criminal justice and (d) residential care, broken down by local authority area.

S2W-4045 Tommy Sheridan: To ask the Scottish Executive how many children are currently placed on the child protection register, expressed also as a percentage of child population, and under which category they are registered.

S2W-4046 Tommy Sheridan: To ask the Scottish Executive what the average time is for a child to remain on the child protection register.

S2W-4047 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive whether there are any plans to increase the number of places at each dental school and, if so, by how many places and when it estimates there will be a subsequent increase in student numbers.

S2W-4048 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive how much of the 40 million made available for the decommissioning of fishing vessels is estimated to be allocated for this purpose following the closure of applications to the decommissioning scheme.

S2W-4049 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive how many, and what percentage of, people in each age group have left Scotland in each of the last 10 years.

S2W-4052 Mr Duncan McNeil: To ask the Scottish Executive how it will encourage and promote local community sports strategies, as referred to in A Partnership for a Better Scotland.

S2W-4053 Mr Duncan McNeil: To ask the Scottish Executive how it will develop accreditation schemes to allow greater numbers of people to act as coaches and physical activity trainers and how it will promote New Deal programmes which provide opportunities to train as sports assistants, as referred to in A Partnership for a Better Scotland.

S2W-4054 Mr Duncan McNeil: To ask the Scottish Executive how the quality of life fund and health promotion budgets will be used to encourage better access to swimming pools and other sports facilities to the benefit of constituents of Greenock and Inverclyde.
