S2W-2967 David Mundell: To ask the Scottish Executive who the current River Nith commissioners are and what discussions it has had with them on the proposed new cycle bridge over the Nith at Dumfries.

S2W-2968 Donald Gorrie: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-466 by Ross Finnie on 10 June 2003, how many prosecutions there were for litter offences in 2002.

S2W-2969 Jim Mather: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will specify the cost and the installation timeframe for achieving installation of broadband in all Scottish exchanges.

S2W-2970 Jim Mather: To ask the Scottish Executive what plans it has to award contracts for the installation of broadband in all Scottish exchanges and when this might happen.

S2W-2971 Jim Mather: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will carry out an impact assessment that shows the effect of broadband availability and non-availability on (a) local economic growth and (b) local population movement from 2003 to 2007 for each local telephone exchange area.

S2W-2972 Jim Mather: To ask the Scottish Executive what assessment it has made about whether the European Court of Justice's ruling on the Altmark Trans bus company case removes any imperative for the Gourock to Dunoon public service obligation to be tendered separately from the tender for the remainder of the network.

S2W-2973Δ Mr Richard Baker: To ask the Scottish Executive when it will publish information on its use of the Regional Selective Assistance scheme.

S2W-2974 Trish Godman: To ask the Scottish Executive what action it will take to tackle bed blocking involving people with alcohol-related illnesses.

S2W-2975 Trish Godman: To ask the Scottish Executive what action it is taking to raise the awareness of young people of the dangers of excessive alcohol consumption and alcohol misuse.

S2W-2976 Trish Godman: To ask the Scottish Executive what financial assistance has been given to the Drinkwise campaign and what level of funding will be awarded to it for the next three years.

S2W-2977 Trish Godman: To ask the Scottish Executive how much funding it has committed to social inclusion partnerships for the next three years for programmes dealing with alcohol misuse.

S2W-2978 Trish Godman: To ask the Scottish Executive when additional funding will be provided for its implementation of its plan for action on alcohol problems in (a) Renfrewshire and (b) Scotland.

S2W-2980 Dennis Canavan: To ask the Scottish Executive how much has been paid out in ex gratia payments from the Scottish Transport Group pension funds surplus to date.

S2W-2981 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive how many people under 18 were admitted to hospital due to severe alcohol intoxication in each of the last five years in total, broken down by local authority area and expressed as a percentage of all intoxication admissions.

S2W-2982 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive how many people under 18 were taken into custody as a result of being drunk and disorderly in each of the last five years in total, broken down into police authority areas and expressed as a percentage of all drunk and disorderly offences.

S2W-2983 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive how many new youth and community centre projects are currently (a) proposed and (b) being constructed in each local authority area.
