S2W-2382 Bruce Crawford: To ask the Scottish Executive what directions it has made to electoral registration officers on ensuring that all marked registers from the Parliament general election in 2003 are returned to the appropriate sheriff clerks and what information it has received that such registers are now with sheriff clerks.

S2W-2505 Mr John Home Robertson: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2O-32 by Mr Frank McAveety on 27 May 2003, what progress has been made on the discussions between the National Museum of Scotland and British Airways on bringing a Concorde aircraft to the Museum of Flight at East Fortune.

S2W-2506 Fergus Ewing: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-2056 by Ross Finnie on 9 September 2003, whether the minutes of all meetings of the Scottish Aquaculture Research Forum will be made available in the Scottish Parliament Information Centre and whether it will publish a list of the research requests submitted to the forum which were (a) accepted and (b) rejected.

S2W-2507 Mr Jamie Stone: To ask the Scottish Executive what powers Scottish Natural Heritage has to object formally to applications under section 36 of the Electricity Act 1989.

S2W-2508 Miss Annabel Goldie: To ask the Scottish Executive how many applications have been made for extension of the 110 day rule in each of the last three years and how many such applications have been granted.

S2W-2509 Mr Kenny MacAskill: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-1839 by Nicol Stephen, which meetings between the European Commission and member states it has attended since 1999 and what contributions it made to each meeting.

S2W-2510 Mr Brian Monteith: To ask the Scottish Executive when it expects Scottish Natural Heritage to produce the revised Scottish Outdoor Access Code for approval by Ministers and the Parliament.

S2W-2511 Mr Bruce McFee: To ask the Scottish Executive what the (a) running costs and (b) staffing costs of the Financial Partnerships Unit have been for each year since 1997 and how many staff have been employed within the unit in each of these years.

S2W-2512 Mr Kenny MacAskill: To ask the Scottish Executive what the current legislative framework is regarding parking on pavements; whether it has any plans to amend the framework to allow local authorities to more easily regulate and control such parking, and what the reasons are for its position on the matter.

S2W-2513 Mr Rob Gibson: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will facilitate the publication of details of land areas that can be made available at an early date for the establishment of new forest crofts in the Forestry Commission's Scottish estate.

S2W-2514 Mr Rob Gibson: To ask the Scottish Executive which areas of land in the Forestry Commission's Scottish estate are surplus to requirements.

S2W-2515 Fergus Ewing: To ask the Scottish Executive what the annual cost is to the NHS of administration of payments to GPs.

S2W-2516 Fergus Ewing: To ask the Scottish Executive what the estimated annual cost is of administering (a) the new contracts provided for by the Primary Medical Services (Scotland) Bill and (b) any new quality targets for GP practices arising from the bill and how many additional staff will be employed to carry this out.

S2W-2517 John Swinburne: To ask the Scottish Executive what the current level of the Personal Expense Allowance is and whether it has any plans to increase it.

S2W-2518 John Swinburne: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it has undertaken any research on the daily living expenses required by residents of care homes under the Personal Expense Allowance.

S2W-2519 John Scott: To ask the Scottish Executive how many public service employees are currently serving as volunteer reservists in Iraq.

S2W-2520 Christine Grahame: To ask the Scottish Executive what publicity has been given to the Arrive Alive Scheme in each of the last five years.

S2W-2521 Christine Grahame: To ask the Scottish Executive what publicity has been given to the Pass Plus scheme in each of the last five years.

S2W-2522 Christine Grahame: To ask the Scottish Executive what information it has under its road safety responsibilities on the number of new car drivers in the 17 to 20 age range there have been in each of the last five years.
