S2W-2333 David Mundell: To ask the Scottish Executive under what circumstances the flying of a national flag would breach any of the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) (Scotland) Regulations 1984.

S2W-2335 Alex Neil: To ask the Scottish Executive when it will publish its response to the consultation process on the fluoridation of water.

S2W-2336 Mr Bruce McFee: To ask the Scottish Executive when it will review the strategy for social inclusion partnership areas and whether this review will be published.

S2W-2337 Mr Bruce McFee: To ask the Scottish Executive what guidance it has issued to local authorities whose public private partnership financial advisors may also be advising commercial bidders for such projects.

S2W-2338 Mr Bruce McFee: To ask the Scottish Executive what the annual costs of neighbourhood wardens are and how many such wardens there are, broken down by local authority area.

S2W-2339 Mr Jamie Stone: To ask the Scottish Executive what plans it has to upgrade the Wick ambulance services to 24 hours coverage and eliminate on-call working arrangements.

S2W-2340 Fergus Ewing: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will provide assistance to Highland Council and other funding partners to ensure the renewal of the service provided by the Family Association for Children with Special Needs at the Bada-guish Centre at Glenmore and what steps it will take to ensure that children with special needs will have the opportunity to enjoy outdoor activities, such as canoeing, mountain biking, climbing and organised games, within the Badenoch and Strathspey area.

S2W-2341 Scott Barrie: To ask the Scottish Executive when it will report on its consultation on the establishment of a child witness support service.

S2W-2342 Scott Barrie: To ask the Scottish Executive how many responses it received to its consultation on the establishment of a child witness support service and how many responses supported the establishment of such a service.

S2W-2343 Mr Jamie Stone: To ask the Scottish Executive what discussions it has had with NHS Highland regarding any downgrading of maternity services in Wick.

S2W-2344 Stewart Stevenson: To ask the Scottish Executive how many of the 18,000 homes referred to in A Partnership for a Better Scotland will be provided in (a) 2003-03, (b) 2004-05 and (c) 2005-06 and how many will be (i) new and (ii) improved homes.

S2W-2345 Stewart Stevenson: To ask the Scottish Executive what the Scottish Homes/Communities Scotland core development programme has been in each year from 2000-01 to 2003-04, including through the funding of Housing Association Grant, GRO-grant, Rural Home Ownership Grant, Improvement and Repair Grant and all other funding mechanisms.

S2W-2346 Stewart Stevenson: To ask the Scottish Executive how many of the 70,000 houses to be transferred to community ownership, referred to in A Partnership for a Better Scotland, will be transferred in (a) 2003-04, (b) 2004-05 and (c) 2005-06 and how many will be (i) whole and (ii) partial stock transfers.

S2W-2347 Stewart Stevenson: To ask the Scottish Executive how many of the houses in table 6 of Communities Scotland Investment Programme 2003-04 are (a) new and (b) improved homes.

S2W-2348 Alex Neil: To ask the Scottish Executive how many vacancies there are in the area of autism within the NHS, broken down by NHS board.

S2W-2349 Alex Neil: To ask the Scottish Executive what its position is on whether a Public Appointments Committee should be established and on when an appropriate time would be for the Parliament to establish such a committee.

S2W-2350 Alex Neil: To ask the Scottish Executive what arrangements it has made for the organisation of an annual business forum, as referred to in A Partnership for a Better Scotland.

S2W-2351 Scott Barrie: To ask the Scottish Executive what recent discussions it has had with NHS Fife regarding the "Right for Fife" process, with particular regard to the future configuration of acute hospital services within Fife.

S2W-2352 Stewart Stevenson: To ask the Scottish Executive what the (a) mean and (b) median distance is that NHS patients have to travel to visit their dentist.

S2W-2353 Stewart Stevenson: To ask the Scottish Executive how many general dental practitioners who provide general dental services to the public provide services to (a) NHS patients only, (b) private patients only and (c) both NHS and private patients, broken down by NHS board area.

S2W-2354 Stewart Stevenson: To ask the Scottish Executive how many patients are registered to receive NHS general dental care in each NHS board area, broken down by age group.

S2W-2355 Stewart Stevenson: To ask the Scottish Executive what the (a) mean and (b) median net earnings are for general dental practitioners in each NHS board area and what proportions of these earnings are attributable to (i) NHS treatment, (ii) private treatment and (iii) other sources.

S2W-2356 Stewart Stevenson: To ask the Scottish Executive how many people are working as temporarily registered overseas dentists, broken down by NHS board area.

S2W-2357 Stewart Stevenson: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S1W-26819 by Mrs Mary Mulligan on 1 July 2003, how many dental practices have received "Golden Hello" payments, broken down by NHS board area.

S2W-2358 Mr John Home Robertson: To ask the Scottish Executive what powers exist to control the collection of lugworms for fishing bait from beaches and whether it will use any such powers to regulate the commercial collection of live bait from beaches in East Lothian.

S2W-2359 Mr John Home Robertson: To ask the Scottish Executive what timescale has been set for tendering and construction of the dual carriageway on the A1 between Thistly Cross and the Spott roundabout.

S2W-2360 Mr John Home Robertson: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to answer to question S1W-32138 by Lewis Macdonald on 12 December 2002, when it now expects the new A1 dual carriageway link between Bowerhouse and Thistly Cross to be completed.

S2W-2361 Mary Scanlon: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will provide additional funding for Citizens Advice Bureaux to enable them to cope with any additional advice required as a result of legislation.

S2W-2362 Dennis Canavan: To ask the Scottish Executive how many police officers there are per head of population, broken down by police force area.

S2W-2363 Christine Grahame: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S2W-537 by Peter Peacock on 18 June 2003, whether it will consider funding special education needs centrally if the costs of a young person's additional needs exceed any agreed national total and, if so, whether it will develop appropriate systems to allow for applications for a review of such funding by a relevant local authority, the Executive or a representative of the young person.

S2W-2364 Christine Grahame: To ask the Scottish Executive what the annual cost to local authorities has been of special education needs funding for each of the last five years, broken down by local authority area.
