S1W-34555 Fiona McLeod: To ask the Scottish Executive how local groups can access funding for the provision of skateparks.

S1W-34556 Phil Gallie: To ask the Scottish Executive on what date the tenders for the preliminary design of the A77 southern section improvements will be issued; what the closing date for receipt of such tenders will be, and how long it will take to scrutinise the tenders and decide upon the successful contractor.

S1W-34557 Phil Gallie: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S1O-6561 by Iain Gray on 6 March 2003, how long the public consultation process will take after receipt of the successful preliminary design proposals for the A77 southern section improvements.

S1W-34558 Phil Gallie: To ask the Scottish Executive what target dates are currently under consideration for the issuing of contracts for the construction work necessary to carry out the improvements on the southern section of the A77 and what timescale it has set for completion of the improvements.

S1W-34559 Phil Gallie: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S1O-6561 by Iain Gray on 6 March 2003, why it could not proceed on a design and construct fixed-cost tender basis for the improvements on the southern section of the A77.

S1W-34560 Phil Gallie: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S10-06561 by Iain Gray on 6 March 2003, why it could not proceed on a design and construct fixed-cost, fixed-time, tender basis for the improvements on the southern section of the A77 and what experience it has of using such an approach.

S1W-34561 Brian Fitzpatrick: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S1W-34196 by Mr Andy Kerr on 6 March 2003, from which specialities the specialists referred to in the answer were recruited.

S1W-34562 Brian Fitzpatrick: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S1W-34196 by Mr Andy Kerr on 6 March 2003, why information on the number of specialists recruited into the civil service before 1999 is unavailable and whether such information was collected by the Scottish Office and, if so, what happened to the information.

S1W-34563 Fergus Ewing: To ask the Scottish Executive what funding has been, or will be, made available to the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds in Scotland for the maintenance of a database of wildlife crime; whether the information held on such a database will be verified and, if so, by whom; whether such a database would contravene the human rights of an individual, and whether the information will not be used in the compilation of reports to the procurator fiscal.

S1W-34564 Phil Gallie: To ask the Scottish Executive what financial arrangements are now in place in respect of the M77 extension between Malletsheugh and Fenwick.

S1W-34565 Phil Gallie: To ask the Scottish Executive what contracts have been placed for the M77 extension between Malletsheugh and Fenwick.

S1W-34566 Fergus Ewing: To ask the Scottish Executive whether any measures have been introduced in order to avoid displacement of fishing effort from the white fish sector to nephrops fisheries; if so, what measures have been introduced; if not what the reasons are for this position and what measures will be introduced, and when it first received representations on this matter.

S1W-34567Δ Cathy Peattie: To ask the Scottish Executive when the amendments to the Waste Management Licensing Regulations 1994, including amendments regarding landspreading of blood and gut contents, will come into force.

S1W-34568Δ Nora Radcliffe: To ask the Scottish Executive when it will publish its draft Nature Conservation (Scotland) Bill.

S1W-34569 Phil Gallie: To ask the Scottish Executive what role it played in the appointment of Joan Aitken as Scottish Traffic Commissioner.
