  2. It was agreed to recommend to the Parliament revised business for this week and future business for the week commencing 10 February 2003. (for text of motion see Section F of the Business Bulletin for 29 January 2003)

  3. Procedural Motions
  4. It was agreed to recommend to the Parliament that the Justice 2 Committee be designated as lead committee in consideration of the following SSIs:

    Draft Child Support Appeals (Jurisdiction of Courts)(Scotland)Order 2003;

    Regulation of Investigatory Powers (Prescription of Office, Ranks and Positions)(Scotland) Amendment Order 2003;

    Police and Police (Special Constables)(Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2003.

  5. Rural Development Committee: Request to meet in Aberdeen.

The Bureau agreed to approve the Rural Development Committee's request to meet in Aberdeen.

4. Date of Next Meeting

The next Bureau meeting would be at 2.30pm on 4 February 2003.
