First Minister's Question Time

1. Mr John Swinney: To ask the First Minister what issues will be discussed at the next meeting of the Scottish Executive’s Cabinet. (S1F-2296)

2. David McLetchie: To ask the First Minister when he next plans to meet the Secretary of State for Scotland and what issues he intends to raise. (S1F-2297)

3. Ian Jenkins: To ask the First Minister whether there are no plans to introduce "top-up" tuition fees for universities. (S1F-2306)

4. Kate Maclean: To ask the First Minister what action is being taken to improve NHS waiting times across Scotland and particularly in the Tayside NHS Board area. (S1F-2310)

5. Fergus Ewing: To ask the First Minister whether the Scottish Executive will submit a backdated application to the European Commission for Objective 1 status for the Highlands and Islands in the light of any errors made by the Office for National Statistics in compiling GDP figures. (S1F-2298)

6. Phil Gallie: To ask the First Minister what assessment the Scottish Executive has made of the implications for the temporary jobs market of EU legislation to give temporary workers the same employment rights as permanent employees. (S1F-2294)
