First Minister's Question Time

1. Mr John Swinney: To ask the First Minister what issues will be discussed at the next meeting of the Cabinet. (S1F-1610)

2. David McLetchie: To ask the First Minister whether he has any plans to reshuffle the Cabinet. (S1F-1607)

3. Mary Scanlon: To ask the First Minister when negotiations between the Convention of Scottish Local Authorities and the independent care homes will be finalised. (S1F-1623)

4. Bill Butler: To ask the First Minister what steps are being taken to address the issue of repeat young offenders who are responsible for a disproportionately high level of crime. (S1F-1621)

5. Mr Gil Paterson: To ask the First Minister whether the Scottish Executive has any plans to review landfill sites and their impact on the surrounding environment. (S1F-1605)

6. Ian Jenkins: To ask the First Minister whether the Scottish Executive is considering a ban on formal marks for school work.(S1F-1620)
