S1W-15809 Phil Gallie: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S1W-14481 by Mr Jim Wallace on 6 April 2001, why Louis McDonald served only two-and-a-half years of his sentence before being released on parole licence.

S1W-15810 Phil Gallie: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S1W-14481 by Mr Jim Wallace on 6 April 2001, why Louis McDonald was (a) recalled to custody on 19 May 1999 and (b) re-released on 4 July 1999.

S1W-15811 Mr Duncan Hamilton: To ask the Scottish Executive what the location was of each helicopter in the air ambulance fleet on 29 and 30 April 2001 and whether it will detail the jobs undertaken by each helicopter on each of these dates, specifying in each case the location of the job, category of patient and type of helicopter used.

S1W-15812 Andrew Wilson: To ask the Scottish Executive how many businesses were in operation in Scotland in the latest year for which figures are available, broken down by size and sector, and what each of these figures represents as a percentage of the equivalent UK figures.

S1W-15813 Andrew Wilson: To ask the Scottish Executive what the current economic value is of the LINK enterprise budget programme; how many jobs have been created as a result of the programme since it started, and how many and what percentage of Scottish businesses are currently involved in the programme.

S1W-15814 Brian Adam: To ask the Scottish Executive when it will publish details of the amount each local authority will be allocated to fund the McCrone proposals on teachers’ pay in financial years 2002-03 and 2003-04.

S1W-15815 Ian Jenkins: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the statement to the Parliament on 26 April 2001 by the Minister for the Environment and Rural Development, whether it proposes any further relaxation in foot-and-mouth disease movement controls.
