3. Petitions: The Committee will consider the following petitions:

4. Convention Rights (Compliance) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider a draft report on the general principles of the Bill at Stage 1.

2. Inquiry into Resource Accounting and Budgeting: The Committee will consider its lines of questioning at agenda item 3.
