S1W-13034 Roseanna Cunningham: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will list, for each local authority area, how much money was collected by each District Court in each year since 1995-96 and how much of this was (a) remitted to the Queen's and Lord Treasurer's Remembrancer and (b) retained by each local authority.

S1W-13067 Rhoda Grant: To ask the Scottish Executive when it will release details of the Action Programme measures which must be followed by farmers in the Ythan Nitrate Vulnerable Zone.

S1W-13068 Mrs Lyndsay McIntosh: To ask the Scottish Executive how many prisoners were in prisons and young offenders institutions in each year since 1992, broken down by classification of crime; what percentage of these prisoners had previous convictions, broken down by the number of previous convictions; what the average sentence was for each crime, and what average time was actually served, all broken down into (a) women, (b) men, (c) young women and (d) young men.

S1W-13069 Mr Alex Salmond: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S1W-10021 by Susan Deacon on 5 October 2000, how many (a) analogue hearing aids, (b) digitally controlled analogue hearing aids and (c) hearing aids with both digital audio processing and digital control systems were provided by NHS Trusts in each of the last three years and what proportion of the total number of hearing aids provided by NHS Trusts in each of these years each of these figures represents.

S1W-13070 Mr Alex Salmond: To ask the Scottish Executive what proportion of the (a) analogue hearing aids, (b) digitally controlled analogue hearing aids and (c) hearing aids with both digital audio processing and digital control systems provided by NHS Trusts in each of the last three years were provided to patients aged (i) 11 or under, (ii) 12 to 18, (iii) 19 to 65 and (iv) over 65.

S1W-13071 Kay Ullrich: To ask the Scottish Executive what volume of traffic passes through the town of Dalry, Ayrshire on the A737 at peak times of day and whether this represents a hazard to pedestrians or the environment.

S1W-13072 Dorothy-Grace Elder: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will amend relevant legislation so as to place restrictions, similar to those which apply to bicycles, on the use of micro-scooters in public places.

S1W-13073 Tricia Marwick: To ask the Scottish Executive how many unfilled secondary school chemistry teaching posts there currently are in each local authority area and how many of these have been unfilled for more than three months in each case.

S1W-13074 Tricia Marwick: To ask the Scottish Executive how many unfilled secondary school English teaching posts there currently are in each local authority area and how many of these have been unfilled for more than three months in each case.

S1W-13075 Tricia Marwick: To ask the Scottish Executive how many unfilled secondary school maths teaching posts there currently are in each local authority area and how many of these have been unfilled for more than three months in each case.

S1W-13076 Tricia Marwick: To ask the Scottish Executive how many unfilled secondary school technical studies teaching posts there currently are in each local authority area and how many of these have been unfilled for more than three months in each case.

S1W-13077 Tricia Marwick: To ask the Scottish Executive how many unfilled secondary school biology teaching posts there currently are in each local authority area and how many have been unfilled for more than three months in each case.

S1W-13078 Tricia Marwick: To ask the Scottish Executive how many unfilled secondary school physics teaching posts there currently are in each local authority area and how many of these have been unfilled for more than three months in each case.

S1W-13079 Tricia Marwick: To ask the Scottish Executive how many allegations of sexual assault in hospitals have been recorded in each of the past five years.

S1W-13080 Tricia Marwick: To ask the Scottish Executive what progress has been made towards achieving the target of ending mixed sex hospital wards.

S1W-13081 Mr Kenny MacAskill: To ask the Scottish Executive how many (a) staff were employed in its press office, (b) staff left its press office and (c) vacancies occurred in its press office in each of the last three years.

S1W-13082 Tricia Marwick: To ask the Scottish Executive how many nursing vacancies have remained unfilled for more than one month in each health board area in each of the last three years.

S1W-13083 Alex Neil: To ask the Scottish Executive whether any assessment has been made of the potential administrative costs of making use of the Scottish Parliament's powers to increase or decrease the standard rate of income tax and, if so, what the outcome was.

S1W-13084 Alex Neil: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will provide a detailed update on the preparations by the Scottish Qualifications Authority for the 2001 exam diet.

S1W-13085 Alex Neil: To ask the Scottish Executive, in relation to ex-gratia payments to the Scottish Transport Group Pension scheme members, what the anticipated allocation will be between the Transport Operatives Pension Scheme and the Staff Pension Fund.

S1W-13086 Alex Neil: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it intends to relocate any of its departmental headquarters from Edinburgh to other parts of Scotland and whether it will provide details of any such plans.

S1W-13087 Alex Neil: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will provide a detailed breakdown of the administration costs of each non-departmental public body for which it is responsible and what percentage of the total expenditure of each such body administration costs represent.
