*S1M-1598 Angus MacKay: The Local Government Finance (Scotland) Order 2001-That the Parliament approves the Local Government Finance (Scotland) Order 2001.

*S1M-1597 Dorothy-Grace Elder: Stop the Closure of Govanhill Pool-That the Parliament urges the Scottish Executive to prevent the closure of local swimming baths and, in particular, the imminent closure of Govanhill swimming pool in Glasgow, which is extremely popular and whose closure would affect a multitude of regulars plus three swimming clubs (one containing 200 children), there being no other facilities for competitive swimming training for children and adults in the area; notes that the Asian community of Glasgow and schoolchildren with disabilities would be particularly disadvantaged by closure plans due to the special facilities the pool offers them; further notes that Govanhill is within Shettleston, identified as the most underprivileged constituency in Britain with the highest rates of ill health, and calls upon the Scottish Executive to intervene to aid Glasgow City Council keep Govanhill Baths open, as a sign of good faith in its stated policies of encouraging healthy exercise.

*S1M-1596 Mr Alasdair Morrison: Outworking Bill - UK Legislation-That the Parliament endorses the principle of tackling bogus outworking schemes by controlling the seeking or receipt of advance payments for the provision of work or of information about work opportunities as set out in the Outworking Bill and agrees that the relevant provisions to achieve this end in the Bill should be considered by the UK Parliament.
