1. Education (Graduate Endowment and Student Support) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the provisions of the Bill which introduce new or increase existing expenditure charged on or payable out of the Scottish Consolidated Fund (under Standing Orders Rule 9.12).

2. External Research: The Deputy Convener will update the Committee on the research commissioned from Professor Arthur Midwinter.

3. Response to Stage 2 Budget Report : The Committee will consider the Minister for Finance and Local Government's response to the Finance Committee report on Stage 2 of the 2001/02 Budget Process.

4. Stage 3 of 2001/02 Budget Process: The Committee will consider the arrangements for Stage 3 of this year's budget process.
