S1W-9698 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive whether there is any shortage of rural dental provision in the North East of Scotland and, if there is, what measures it has taken or plans to take to address this situation.

S1W-9699 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive whether there is any shortage of emergency NHS dental provision in the cities of Aberdeen or Dundee.

S1W-9700 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive how many NHS dentists were there in the North East of Scotland Parliamentary region in each of the last five years and whether it will conduct a study into the provision of NHS dental services in this region.

S1W-9706 Dorothy-Grace Elder: To ask the Scottish Executive what measures it has taken to monitor whether there is age discrimination in the NHS.

S1W-9707 Robert Brown: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will ensure that the consultations section of its website is kept updated to feature details of all consultation exercises being undertaken by it, including any second and subsequent consultations which are not included in the section at present.

S1W-9708 Irene Oldfather: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it has any plans to encourage the use of deposits on food and drink containers in order to prevent litter.

S1W-9709 Mrs Margaret Ewing: To ask the Scottish Executive what information is held centrally regarding expenditure by local authorities to promote flood alleviation schemes within the context of the Flood Prevention (Scotland) Act 1961.

S1W-9710 Mrs Margaret Ewing: To ask the Scottish Executive how many flood alleviation schemes are currently awaiting approval, broken down by local authority and indicating the level of capital expenditure required within each local authority's capital programme.

S1W-9717 Mr Kenny MacAskill: To ask the Scottish Executive what plans it has to implement "Smart Measures" such as ramp metering, variable message signs and variable speed limits on the M8 such as currently used by the Highways Agency on the M25.

S1W-9718 Janis Hughes: To ask the Scottish Executive when it expects the Health Technology Board for Scotland to report on its appraisal of beta interferon in the treatment of multiple sclerosis.
