S1W-5422 Ms Margo MacDonald: To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S1O-1388 by Sarah Boyack on 16 March 2000, whether it will request that the Minister for Transport and the Environment be given direct advance notification of any future target practice to be undertaken in Scotland by the Ministry of Defence.

 

S1W-5425 Alex Neil: To ask the Scottish Executive when the report by the Hawk and Owl Trust on raptors is expected to be published.

 

S1W-5426 Tricia Marwick: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it has any plans to review the current legislation on adoption.

 

S1W-5427 Tricia Marwick: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it has any plans to bring forward legislation or amend existing legislation to allow continuing contact with natural parents and relatives after adoption.

 

S1W-5428 Tricia Marwick: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it has any plans to provide guidance to local authorities about the maintaining of contact with natural parents and relatives after adoption.

 

S1W-5429 Tricia Marwick: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will detail any studies which have been carried out which examine the continuing of links with natural parents after adoption.

 

S1W-5430 Tricia Marwick: To ask the Scottish Executive how many freeing orders were applied for and how many were granted in 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998 and 1999.

 

S1W-5431 Tricia Marwick: To ask the Scottish Executive how many adoptions were granted in the years 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998 and 1999.

 

S1W-5432 Karen Gillon: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will announce local authority housing capital allocations for 2000-01 and whether there will be any supplementary allocations for 1999-2000.

 

S1W-5433 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will provide a breakdown of all money received from Her Majesty’s Government under the Barnett Formula for specific purposes since 1 July 1999 and to detail the purpose of each allocation.

 

S1W-5434 Richard Lochhead: To ask the Scottish Executive how much notice was given to health boards regarding spending the additional money provided to the health programme by Her Majesty’s Government under the Barnett formula.

 

S1W-5435 Alex Johnstone: To ask the Scottish Executive what alternatives to the complete removal of ring-fenced quota areas were considered during the current consultation exercise on amendments to the Dairy Produce Quota Regulations 1997 (1997 No.733).

 

S1W-5436 Alex Johnstone: To ask the Scottish Executive whether 15% of children admitted to hospital in Glasgow are found to be suffering from malnutrition.

 

S1W-5437 Mr Murray Tosh: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will detail the legal advice, or other advice which led the Minister for Transport and the Environment to instruct a public inquiry in relation to the application by Associated British Ports for the Troon Harbour Revision Order.
