Census (Amendment) (Scotland) Bill—A Bill for an Act of the Scottish Parliament to amend the Census Act 1920 to enable particulars about religion to be gathered. (SP Bill 8) (Executive Bill)

Abolition of Feudal Tenure etc. (Scotland) Bill – Stage 2

Section 17

1        In section 17, page 9, line 27, at end insert <; or

( ) that—

(i) the land which by virtue of this section would become the dominant tenement adjoins the land which would become the servient tenement;

(ii) the two areas of land were formerly part of the same agricultural unit; and

(iii) the real burden was originally imposed on the land which would become the servient tenement to facilitate the better management and protect the continued use of that agricultural unit.>

Robin Harper: Proposed Organic Food and Farming Targets Bill—Proposal for a Bill to require the Scottish Executive (a) to establish targets for the proportion of land that is certified organic, and for the proportion of food produced and marketed that is similarly certified, by a specified date; and (b) to take steps to ensure those targets are met. Christine Grahame: Proposed Alzheimer's and dementia care Bill—Proposal for a Bill to ensure that the criteria for meeting the costs of long-term personal care is the same for those suffering from Alzheimer’s Disease or dementia as it is for those suffering from other debilitating illnesses.
