S1W-4322 Ian Jenkins: To ask the Scottish Executive whether the proposals for the realignment of the A701 in Midlothian as accepted by the Executive on 1 February still contain each of the measures for enhancing bus services and public transport contained in the original proposals for a PFI based project that went before the regulatory services committee of Midlothian Council on 14 September 1999.
 
 

S1W-4323 Ian Jenkins: To ask the Scottish Executive what its reasons were for not calling in proposals by Midlothian Council to develop a new alignment of the A701 in Edinburgh's green belt and how this project reflects its integrated transport policy objectives.
 
 

S1W-4324 Mr Kenny MacAskill: To ask the Scottish Executive what input it made to the Department of the Environment, Transport and the Regions document Thin Routes Study; whether it will detail this input, and whether it will make copies of any correspondence available in the Scottish Parliament Information Centre.
 
 

S1W-4325 Fiona McLeod: To ask the Scottish Executive what support it gives to the Scottish Professional Youth Initiative; whether it will detail the nature of that support and what support will be given to the initiative in the next financial year.
 
 

S1W-4326 Mr Murray Tosh: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it proposes to fund the development of energy crops in Scotland.
 
 

S1W-4327 Lord James Douglas-Hamilton: To ask the Scottish Executive how many appeals (a) from the sheriff court to the Court of Session; (b) from the sheriff court to the High Court; (c) from the High Court of Justiciary to the Scottish Court of Criminal Appeal and (d) from the Court of Session to the Inner House of the Court of Session have been postponed as a result of the decision to suspend all temporary sheriffs and temporary judges.
 
 

S1W-4328 Fiona McLeod: To ask the Scottish Executive when the Scottish Football Task Force will issue its report; whether the report will be made available to members of the Scottish Parliament and whether it will make a statement in response to the Task Force's recommendations.
 
 

S1W-4329 Fiona McLeod: To ask the Scottish Executive to provide details of the membership and remit of the Football Partnership; how the Scottish Executive's contribution of £1 million will be spent, and how that expenditure will be monitored.
 
 

S1W-4330 Fiona McLeod: To ask the Scottish Executive why Scottish Football league clubs with a commitment to youth development have been excluded from the network of football academies to be established under the Football Partnership.
 
 

S1W-4331 Fiona McLeod: To ask the Scottish Executive, with reference to news release SE 1166/1999, how the Football Partnership will determine who "our best young football players" are and how these players will access the facilities of the football academies if they have no links with current Premier League clubs.
 
 

S1W-4332 Fiona McLeod: To ask the Scottish Executive which of the present Premier League clubs had a long-term commitment to youth development, with either or both a coaching and training regime and a youth football academy before their involvement in the Scottish Football Partnership.
 
 

S1W-4333 Alasdair Morgan: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it considers it necessary for Scottish Ambulance Service personnel to be aware of the mental health of patients in their care.

S1W-4335 Alex Neil: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it or any of its agencies have any plans to commission or undertake scientific studies on possible means of reducing predation on racing pigeons.
 
 

S1W-4336 Alex Neil: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will review the validity of the methodology employed by the Hawk and Owl Trust research project on the impact of raptors on racing pigeons prior to accepting any of its conclusions or recommendations.
 
 

S1W-4337 Alex Neil: To ask the Scottish Executive when it intends to make a detailed response to the recommendations of the UK Raptor Working Group and to provide details of any bilateral discussions it has had or is planning to have with interested parties prior to issuing its own response.
 
 

S1W-4338 Alex Neil: To ask the Scottish Executive to provide a breakdown of the revenue support grant provided to North Lanarkshire Council, South Lanarkshire Council and East Ayrshire Council in each of the past three years, including the current financial year; what grant will be provided for 2000-01; what annual percentage change in real terms these figures represent over the four year period and what percentage of grant aided expenditure for each council for each year these grant figures represent.
 
 

S1W-4339 Alex Neil: To ask the Scottish Executive to provide a detailed breakdown of the total spending guidelines set down for North Lanarkshire Council, South Lanarkshire Council and East Ayrshire Council for each of the past three years, including the current financial year; what spending limits are being set for each of these councils for 2000-01, and what percentage changes in real terms these figures represent over the four year period. 
 
 

S1W-4340 Alex Neil: To ask the Scottish Executive what its current estimate is of the likely vesting day for the A77 upgrade between Fenwick and Malletsheugh and for the proposed Glasgow Southern Orbital Road project.
 
 

S1W-4341 Alex Neil: To ask the Scottish Executive what its current assessment is of the viability of a public-private partnership for the proposed A77 upgrade between Fenwick and Malletsheugh.
 
 

S1W-4342 Alex Neil: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it has a preferred location for a new service station on the M77 between Malletsheugh and Fenwick once it is completed.
 
 

S1W-4343 Alex Neil: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will consider bringing forward the Fenwick to Floak section of the proposed A77 upgrade.
 
 

S1W-4344 Alex Neil: To ask the Scottish Executive when it intends to publish the environmental study for the Floak to Malletsheugh section of the proposed A77 upgrade.
 
 

S1W-4345 Alex Neil: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it has determined to undertake the construction of the A77 upgrade between Fenwick and Malletsheugh as one discrete public-private partnership project or whether it will be combined with the Glasgow Southern Orbital Road project.
 
 

S1W-4346 Alex Neil: To ask the Scottish Executive what the current status is of the proposed upgrade of the A77 between Fenwick and Malletsheugh in respect of the planning and other statutory procedures which require to be undertaken prior to commencement and whether it will provide a detailed breakdown of the sequence of activities between now and the issuing of invitations to tender for the construction contract.
 
 

S1W-4347 Mr Murray Tosh: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it considers safeguarded routes for proposed roads when assessing draft structure plans; whether it is therefore in a position to know which routes are safeguarded in all approved structure plans and whether the relevant structure plans have safeguarded the proposed M8 Baillieston to Newhouse (both options), M80 Stepps to Haggs, M74 northern extension, A8000, A876 Kincardine Bridge, A68 Dalkeith bypass, A90 Balmedie to Tipperty and A985 Rosyth Bypass routes.
 
 

S1W-4348 Tommy Sheridan: To ask the Scottish Executive why there has been a delay in the publication of the literacy and numeracy survey of adult learners; whether it will provide a summary of the main results of this survey, and what policy implications the survey has for the adult literacy programme. 
 
 

S1W-4349 Ms Margo MacDonald: To ask the Presiding Officer whether the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body will make available to MSPs the latest drawings for the Holyrood Project.

S1W-4356 Ms Margo MacDonald: To ask the Presiding Officer whether the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body has identified a headline cost per MSP for the completed Holyrood Project.
 
 

S1W-4357 Tommy Sheridan: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it is aware of the recently expressed concerns of Aberdeen Federation of Tenants' and Residents' Associations, South Lanarkshire Trades Council and Hamilton Federation of Tenants, calling for a moratorium on council housing stock transfers.
 
 

S1W-4358 Christine Grahame: To ask the Presiding Officer whether any applicant of the age 57 or over will be considered for employment by the Scottish Parliament and, if not, whether the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body regards this as age discrimination and what action it plans to take to address this issue.
 
 

S1W-4359 Mr Duncan Hamilton: To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will detail (a) the revenue and (b) the level of subsidy received by ScotRail over the past three years.
