2. Petition: The Committee will consider petition PE52 from the Scottish Socialist Party calling for the Parliament to conduct a referendum in the Lothians on the method of funding to be used for the building of Edinburgh’s new Royal Infirmary

3. Report on Stobhill Hospital: The Committee will consider the report from Dr Richard Simpson, Reporter to the Committee on Stobhill Hospital (Petition PE48)

4. Contacts from Outside Organisations: The Committee will consider the report regarding correspondence received from outside organisations

5. Forward Work Plan and Community Care Inquiry: The Committee will consider its forward work plan and the next step of the inquiry

6. Workload Priorities: The Committee will consider the report into its priorities

1. Cross-Party Groups: The Committee will consider applications for recognition received from proposed Cross-Party Groups

2. Code of Conduct for Members: The Committee will consider the terms of the draft motion to be lodged by the Standards Committee seeking the Parliament’s agreement to the proposed Code of Conduct.

1. Local Economic Development Inquiry - Executive Action : The Committee will consider recent action taken and proposed by the Scottish Executive in relation to the Framework for Economic Development Strategy and the Small Business Services initiative. The Committee will take evidence from the following witnesses—

Andrew Goudie – Chief Economic Adviser, Scottish Executive

Ian Howie – Head of Business Growth Unit, Scottish Executive

2. Local Economic Development Inquiry - Grampian Case Study: The Committee will take evidence from the following witnesses—

Ed Gillespie – Grampian Enterprise Limited

Bruce Armitage – Grampian Enterprise Limited

Gordon McIntosh – Head of Economic Development, Aberdeen Council

Amanda Harvie – Chief Executive, Aberdeen Chambers of Commerce

3. Standards in Scotland's Schools etc. Bill : The Education, Culture and Sport Committee has referred the Bill to this Committee, which will consider any submission it wishes to make with regard to Enterprise and Lifelong Learning issues.

4. Petrol Price Inquiry: The Committee will consider the issue of differential petrol pricing in remote rural areas of Scotland.
