Interpretation and Legislative Reform (Scotland) Bill

 

The Committee was designated as the lead committee at Stage 1 of the Interpretation and Legislative Reform (Scotland) Bill.

Pension Motion

Motion S3M-7736 was lodged by Mike Pringle MSP on behalf of the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body on Tuesday 18 January 2011. The motion was referred to the Subordinate Legislation Committee for consideration under Rule 8.11A. The Committee considered the motion and the explanatory note which accompanies it at its meeting on 25 January 2011 and agreed that it did not need to draw the attention of the Parliament to the resolution on any grounds in its remit. The Committee's 6th report of 2011: modification of Scottish Parliamentary Pension Scheme refers.

The motion was agreed by Parliament on 10 February 2011.
