The meeting opened at 10.00 am.

1. Subordinate legislation: The Committee considered the following negative instruments—

the Building (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2011 (SSI 2011/120);

the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Non-Domestic Microgeneration) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2011 (SSI 2011/136);

the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Scotland) Regulations 2011 (SSI 2011/139).

The Committee agreed that it did not wish to make any recommendations on the instruments.

2. Legacy paper (in private): The Committee considered and agreed a draft legacy paper.

The meeting closed at 10.15 am.
