The Committee reports to the Parliament as follows—

1. At its meeting on 15 December 2010, the Health and Sport Committee considered the draft Sale of Tobacco (Registration of Moveable Structures and Fixed Penalty Notices) (Scotland) Regulations 2010. The instrument was laid on 1 December 2010 and is subject to affirmative procedure.

2. Shona Robison MSP (Minister for Health and Sport) moved motion S3M-7511—

That the Health and Sport Committee recommends that the draft Sale of Tobacco (Registration of Moveable Structures and Fixed Penalty Notices) (Scotland) Regulations 2010 be approved.

3. The motion was agreed to.
