The meeting opened at 2.45 pm.
1. Subordinate legislation: The Committee considered the following negative instruments—
the Plastic Materials and Articles in Contact with Food (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2011 (SSI/2011/100);
the National Health Service Superannuation Scheme (Scotland) Regulations 2011 (SSI 2011/117);
the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 (Health and Social Care) Savings and Transitional Provisions Order 2011 (SSI 2011/121);
the Sale of Tobacco (Display of Warning Statements) (Scotland) Regulations 2011 (SSI 2011/132);
the Food Labelling (Declaration of Allergens) (Scotland) Regulations 2011 (SSI 2011/152);
the Fruit Juices and Fruit Nectars (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2011 (SSI 2011/153);
the Healthcare Improvement Scotland (Transfer of Property) Order 2011 (SSI 2011/156);
the National Health Service (Dental Charges) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2011 (SSI 2011/168);
the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 (Health and Social Care) Savings and Transitional Provisions (No. 2) Order 2011 (SSI 2011/169); and
the National Health Service Superannuation Scheme (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2011 (SSI 2011/173),
and agreed to make no recommendations in relation to the instruments.
