The meeting opened at 11.00 am.

1. Items in private: The Committee agreed to take items 5 and 6 in private.

2. Cross-Party Groups - Sexual Health: The Committee agreed to an application to establish a Cross-Party Group in the Scottish Parliament on Sexual Health.

3. Cross-Party Groups - Drug Misuse: The Committee agreed to a request from the Convener of the CPG on Drug Misuse to revise the remit of the Group.

4. Scottish Parliament and Business Exchange: The Committee considered a report from the Board of the Scottish Parliament and Business Exchange. The Committee noted the contents of the report and agreed that it wished to receive a copy of the quarterly reports from the Exchange to the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body.

The Committee moved into private session at 11.26 am.

5. Complaint (in private): The Committee considered a report from the Scottish Parliamentary Standards Commissioner concerning the status of a complaint at Stage 1 of the investigative process. The Committee agreed to direct the Commissioner to dismiss the complaint.

6. Complaint (in private): The Committee considered a referral from the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body and agreed to defer its decision to a future meeting of the Committee.

The meeting closed at 11.54 am.
