The meeting opened at 1030.

  1. Lobbying

    2. The Committee discussed an issues paper and agreed to consider a more detailed paper in January on the response to the Committee’s consultation exercise.

  2. Standards Commissioner

    3. The Committee agreed that its proposals to appoint a Standards Commissioner in the Scottish Parliament should be progressed by means of a Committee Bill.

  3. Cross Party Groups

The Committee approved a proposal for a Cross Party Group on Scottish Traditional Arts.

The meeting closed at 1053.
