Evidence: The Committee heard evidence from Ms Louise Sharp and Ms Lydia Okruj of Scottish Women's Aid and from Miss Lynne Di Biasio and Miss Shona Smith of the Family Law Association.

The Committee agreed to hear further evidence on proposals to amend the Matrimonial Homes (Family Protection) (Scotland) Act 1981.
