The meeting opened at 10.02 am

1. Subordinate legislation: Mary Mulligan MSP (Deputy Minister for Communities) moved the following motion-

S2M-1167 Ms Margaret Curran: The Draft Town and Country Planning (Fees for Applications and Deemed Applications) (Scotland) Regulations 2004-That the Communities Committee recommends that the draft Town and Country Planning (Fees for Applications and Deemed Applications) (Scotland) Regulations 2004 be approved.

After debate, the motion was agreed to (by division: For 6, Against 2, Abstentions 1). The Committee agreed to report its decision to Parliament.

The meeting was suspended from 10.17 am to 10.22 am.

2. Antisocial Behaviour etc. (Scotland) Bill: The Committee considered the Bill at Stage 2 (Day 3).

Amendments 60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67 and 180 were agreed to without division.

Amendment 168 was agreed to (by division: For 5, Against 3, Abstentions 1).

The following amendments were disagreed to (by division-

171 (For 2, Against 6, Abstentions 1)

1 (For 4, Against 5, Abstentions 0).

Amendments 264 and 266 were moved and, with the agreement of the Committee, withdrawn.

The remaining amendments were not moved.

Sections 15, 17 and 19 were agreed to.

Sections 13, 14 and 18 were agreed to as amended.

The meeting was suspended from 11.50 am to 12 noon.

The meeting closed at 1.08 pm.
